I cannot say enough positive things about Lee in both the sales and maintenance departments. Even though we live up in Lewiston, I will continue to give them my business because of how well I am treated. Maintenance has continually gone out of their way to help me, above and beyond expectations. Dan in sales is so wonderful, really taking the time to make sure I had all of my questions and concerns answered, and I got continual updates as to the status of my vehicle. My experience at Lee Dodge was smooth and easy! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and they didn’t try to change my mind at all. The staff is well versed in all facets of the process! Maddox is so accommodating and truly cares about his clients! We had fun together! Bryan streamlines the financials with finesse! My favorite thing about him is how he asked me a few standard questions and in doing so, he knew that I didn’t need (or want) to buy any extra warranties, so he simply did not try to pressure me or convince me that I did need them! I recently purchased a Wagoneer from Lee Auto in Westbrook. Depending where you do business, customer service is now often hit or miss. Unfortunately, I have found it to be more of a miss than a hit. Maddox, Bryan, and Dorian were EXTREMELY helpful in helping me with the buying process for my 2022 Jeep Compass High Altitude! Maddox kept in touch with me every day, made sure my Jeep was held for me until I was able to recover from COVID & come down to finally get my Jeep!
