The only reason why I join this Bank was for their extended hours now they want to open late and close when every other bank closes it's not convenient anymore I think I'm closing all my accounts out

Employees are professional. There is a lack interest and Would rather make There jobs easy while watching movies & talking on cell.. Not friendly & Would rather talk with Employees from Giants supermarket

Everytime I've been there, they've been courteous and helpful. I like that they're open 6 days a week which is very convenient. Even though there's just 1 counter open, the manager would help as well. All the clerks have been kind and helped me everytime. Extra- I saw a sign board saying they're also giving out mask, which is another good thing (didn't ask for one though).

Poor customer service from Ivan he put me on hold. He act like he couldn't here me. When I tried serveral times to call back he purposely wouldn't answer the phone. I know I he put my soical security number in wrong. He was very short. I don't appreciate the fact he was supposed to transfer me to customer service when he could have handled it himself

I hate this location. The manager has followed me around the store to bother me multiple times, continuously stares at me (even though I’ve politely declined each time) while I’m shopping and making me generally uncomfortable. Would not recommend my fellow females visit.

I joined because of their great hours, open 7 days. Service is spotty. I once had a savings acct, and had a transfer to it every month. It being a savings, I rarely touched it. But every few months they would suspend my acct for no activity! Thus, I had to fix it. I went to close it, and the cashier argued with me about 5-10 minutes, then didnt close the acct! It was not until I received another suspension that I went back a second time to finally close it. Access is fine. Its inside a 24 hour Giant. Parking is plentiful. But, no drive thru. You have to park and walk in/out. I joined due to the hours they were open, over a decade ago, and still a customer.

First impression is everything. My experience with this location was not good. I came in to open a new account and gentlemen helped me. He gave a paper saying I was not approved for a checking account to call the number on the paper. I called the number no issues or discrepancies the number was not sure of why the branch provided me that info. I went online same day and was able to open an account receive account information no problem. It seem like that branch was promoting for me to get a prepaid debit card or that limited access checking account. Maybe the rep made an error on submitting my information not sure but I never go there again.

Bad experience, branch took forever to allow me to do a wire transfer. Was first told to go to another bank due to high fees, and was suggested a money order. I went to that bank and they said they’d accept it but if the transfer was through wire transfer then the company might not accept it. They were right so I came back + insisted that I had to do the transfer through my local bank. Turns out the wire transfer was free and had a very lengthy 30 min transfer take place where I was only asked for some pretty minimal info that would’ve taken 5 mins usually. The only nice part was that the branch employee was really polite and apologized for the long wait. Overall with the bad branch here and @ UMBC, PNC is making me wonder whether it’s worth it to keep an account with them any further.

Needed a cashiers check, couple people in line still in and out in less then 10minutes. Pretty good service except for when they try to sell you a new credit card -

The Bank setup on UMBC to cater to the students. They tell them no fees on student banking accounts, when their are in fact fees. Hide the language deep in text there is only no fee, if you maintain $500 in the account. We all know most students are broke and they charged my son $7 a month on a account sold to him as "Free" Clearly predatory practices as they know these kids are not going to read the fine print and manage their accounts as us adults will. We called got this fixed once and found they started charging him again. They flat out lied to us and started recharging him almost as soon as we hung up on them again. The got $42 in fees before we caught them again and its the last time our family or our son will ever deal with PNC Bank!
