These people are AMAZING!! Another post office canceled my childrens passport appointment 1 hr prior to the appointment after waiting 3 weeks from the time I scheduled it. I called Harwood and they were kind enough to take my appointment the SAME DAY!!! I am so grateful for their kindness and patience with my situation. They were familiar with the other guest picking up mail and packages, as I observed, calling them by name. It was so pleasant to visit. It was 20 mins away from my home, but it was worth the drive! Special thanks to Cindy who allowed me to come over the same da y!

This has to have been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a post office. I was getting my son his passport. I had already been turned away from 6 (yes SIX) other offices, but the lady at Harwood took us right in (I think her name was Sunday?). She was amazing and so, so, so patient because I had forgotten to get a photo copy of my ex-husband’s ID. Definitely received A++ service from her which is a rarity at any retail store these days. Thank you!!!!

One of the most inefficient post offices I've ever known. If you don't want your mail lost, delivered to the wrong address or have it arrive and not get a pick up notice, get a PO box!
