A great place to find organizational items for your home, but generally fairly expensive.

I love container store, the products are amazing, works well. I am putting 2 stars because the bin organizers comes with a glue sticker and it is absolutely TERRIBLE how you cannot remove the sticker without leaving pieces of them and tons of glue on a transparent bin. I have pictures to show I tried everything like putting heat on it to disolved, alcohol, spatula, etc. Leaves marks and ruins the aesthetic of the product 👎🏼. Completely unnecessary to put the sticker, I’m sure everybody prefers it without it.

Excellent store if you are shopping for kitchen and bath accessories, containers, etc. The store is neatly kept shelves and clear displays. The staff is super supportive. They take time to listen to your need and provide suggestions. Love their interactions 😍 I just hope this last brick and morter store in this plaza stays open for a long time.

Not a single employee was wearing a mask! Just irresponsible. I loved this store but, sadly, I won't go back because they're so indifferent to the welfare of their staff and customers.

Super pleased with my experience with this store. I had tried to pay online and pickup in the store. Online it said this location had 3 items, but I couldn't pick it up for a week (which made no sense to me). I called the store and got Sergio on the phone. He checked for me said the store had the item in stock and I could place the order over the phone and pick it up that day. Picking the item up was easy in store. There was an open cashier right in front (unfortunately I didn't get her name) and I waited no more than 10 minutes to have my item given to me. Every employee I ran into was pleasant and acknowledged me.

I’ve never experienced being taken care of by a nicer group of professional and caring employees at a store like this before. We just designed, purchased, and installed our new closet— along with picking up a few accessories along the way— and each time we’ve either been inside the store or spoke with someone on the phone, I was made to feel if I was the most important person in the room. The customer service was impeccable and buying a new closet couldn’t have been easier. These peeps are gems! Keep doing your thing, Reston Container Store! 🤙🏻

They have great things but everything is very expensive. They do have a lot of variety of items. They also have closet system as well with full installation. Over all you can find some good items there.

Great place to find the right container for that thing. The thing that is sitting in your living room that you don't want to get rid of, but certainly don't want to look at every day.
