Dealership are using the chips shortage as to raise car prices. I mean if every 2 -3 month Hyundai can only produce 3 Sonata’s and have customers putting down a deposit to reserve 1, what could better than that.

I received a coupon from Nissan for a free oil change and safety inspection, so I decided to try Ourisman Nissan Service to try out their dealerships customer service and service writers. I stopped by on a weekend and was told as I expected I would need to setup an appointment for the oil change and safety inspection which was available two days later at 8:20am. There was a bit of a line in the morning but it was processed quickly (within 10 minutes) and there is a nice, comfortable lounge area to wait in with cubicles if you need to continue to do your daily work as they work on your car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and even when I got home and checked the oil and was concerned that the oil was darker than I expected after a change they brought the vehicle back in and changed it again to make sure it was done right. That's the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I'm very glad they took the time to make sure that I was satisfied and everything with the vehicle was ok. They also aren't high pressure about getting additional services done on the vehicle. During the safety inspection it was found that both the engine and cabin air filters needed to be replaced but they didn't push me to do it at the dealership and I'm very capable of doing it myself. They also noted all issues and gave estimates for costs. I will certainly return in the future.

I was so happy with my experience, I worked with Kevin and he was awesome, very down to earth and transparent! Not your typical "Car Salesman" he was very honest and walked me through everything. Matter of fact all the staff were wonderful they got me the best deal and I walked out with the car I wanted! I highly recommend them! Kudos to everyone!

Kevin Perla was my sales person and he was great. He handled everything for me and contacted me on a regular basis to make sure that we were still on the same page and just providing me with updates as I was interested in a SUV hybrid. These hybrids are selling so fast that dealerships cannot keep them in stock. Every time I emailed Kevin or texted him about anything including the availability of one of the cars I was looking at he was very responsive to my needs. Eventually, I bought a Hyundai at another dealership but I highly recommend Kevin if you should buy from Ourisman.

An complete waste of time. They advertise some thing else and when you go there it is a different story. They shouldn't show on web the rebates which you don't qualify for. The sales people are also slow and waste a lot of your time. Their new cars were so dirty from the inside , it is just unbelievable. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
