I didn't use the U-haul place. I used TLC for pets and Dr. Lucas is a great vet that uses common sense to treat animals and isn't overly expensive. I highly recommend.

The customer service was great as well as hands-on with the hook up of the trailer. Online registration was easy too.

Dolley straps were rusty, couldnt tighten them they gotten loose. Glad my vehicle didnt fall off.

My go to place for any uhaul rental. Fast friendly and very easy service. The uhaul rental office shares the same space as battery warehouse. You will most likely not see much signage for uhaul but if you know the area well look for the BW sign.

We rented a 15' U-Haul truck with a ramp to empty out a storage space we had been renting. Everything went well in doing the rental and the guy there was friendly and helpful. I had put down that we wouldn't be driving more than 10 miles but circumstances had us driving the truck more than 60 miles. When I checked my credit card later in the day and then checked the invoice online, everything had been adjusted accurately. I would rent at this location again. It was a positive experience. If you need to rent a furniture dolly, you should confirm that they have them.

Great customer service from friendly staff who is very knowledgeable and eager to please. Large selection of packing and moving supplies for a great price. They didn't even charge me when I brought their truck back 2 hours late. (I wouldn't depend on that happening every time though) They also sell batteries for just about anything.. from as small as watch batteries to as large yacht. They carry batteries for just about every model car, cell phones & house phones, car key fobs, garage door openers, garage, alarm & security system, all the way to the best price on alkaline batteries I've ever seen... They replace the battery in my key fob, my diesel truck (which takes two), and my older cell phone and offered free installation!!! The biggest problem is it's hard to find a less you know it's there because it's in the back of a building and hard to see from the road.. A++++

I NEED to write this review for sure. My family has lived in and around this area since I was born, both sets of grandparents lived in Pikesville. One lived in Sudbrook Park, one set off Ralston Ave. My grandfather(passed away) founded a church in Owings Mills. My mom and dad (passed away) have lived on Lindellen and Walgrove Road. I still have family there... The former ratings on this business are unfair and unwarranted. The former location and former dealer in this area was a shyster... and everyone knew it and still does. That is why he went out of business. The current owner who bought the 'franchise area' I assume, is friendly, kind hearted, willing to work with you in any way he can...and if he doesn't have it he will get the corporate office of U-Haul to find what you need, even in an emergency situation. I believe the reviews of the other people, but that was a totally different place and owner. This owner is top notched and I wish there was a way to contact Google to have these older reviews removed... They are in NO WAY a reflection of the current business, heck I wish I could give the new owner another star for his willingness to help during a family emergency... THAT kind of customer service is rare indeed!

Reserved a truck over a week ago, guy I talked to said system was down but he had it written down. Called back today and no reservastion for me and no trucks avaliable. Now we have the day off work to move and no truck! BEWARE!
