Absolutely horrible and rude customer care guy who has zero skills. I was here with an appointment and the useless agent just turned me away saying I should come by 2 hours later because I was not there to buy anything and that the appointment was to buy something!!! Rather I was there to figure out why my brand new AirPods were not working. I will never ever buy another Apple product ever again. I was actually wanting to look at an Apple Watch but thank you Apple! Disgusting rude despicable way to treat a customer!

It's always busy there as many people already know, pretty much like any Apple store. Thru do their best to control things and keep it as organized as possible. There goal is to help u in the store rather than send out your product. They do a real good job of that over but ofcourse there is those cases where things are above them also.

The best mall in NH and I have visited almost every single one The NH mall has almost any kind of apearl you can think of. Some interesting food choices. Gone chocolates fine coffees etc, etc!!

good place for finding selection 👌 three stars because that's the level of service. I only go here to find something specific or special that I can not find in my area. with a place this size the service industry should be owning satisfaction.

Apple employee was very helpful! Searched the phone case I wanted and grabbed it for me! Rung me out! And took care of the garbage for me! In and out in 2 minutes!

Sammi and the women with the shorter hair had such excellent customer service and great personality’s definitely a place I would go to again they are helpful quick and knowledgeable

Masking required in the apple store, and respectfully enforced (security guard out front with a box of masks, was courteous when I had my own mask and just waived me in was I was walking towards the store. As has been in the past, many apple employees to the number of customers in store - it almost felt like there were maybe 1 employee for every 2 customers, and I was greeted asking if I needed help not long after I entered. I was there for a genius bar appointment to replace the battery in an older Mac, and I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. Service tech was prompt meeting me right at the meeting time, quick diagnostic was run on my machine, the battery was verified as being in a need of replacement, and what all was being replaced was described in detail. Expectations on when it likely would be done (but no guarantees) was given - likely just a few days unless they ran into issues. Cost would be $199 due to the machine being out of warranty (2017 MacBook Pro). The appointment was last night at 5:15pm. I got an email from them at 8:00am this morning that it was done and ready for pickup. All in all a great transaction.

I whole-heartedly understand the Pandemic has changed how businesses operate, but this store is ridiculous. We drove an hour to come here and they wouldn’t even let us in the store without ordering ahead. Meanwhile, there were over 20 employees in store barely knowing how to wear a mask. Even then they couldn’t guarantee our orders would make it to the store because it operates on a different server. In all, they lost $1600 in business. Also, the items are more expensive online vs in store. Just like every other mall shop, this Apple Store will be moving soon. Good riddance.

Apple Watch -- I use all other Apple products and find them to be great products. The Watch, while nice and works great is quite fragile. Apple considers it a throwaway if anything happens to it. If you do not pay the $79 for extended care they will fix a $400 watch for $300. While they advertise sapphire glass or strong unscratchable faces you have to add $300 to get that. Many things to like about the watch. Durability is not one of them.
