Stopped by to buy laptop, they had lots of choices, all of them were arranged by brand which made it easy to shop! Folks at the booth were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall was a smooth shopping experience.

It is no small exaggeration that I have spent 10's of 1000's of dollars at Best Buy over the last few years and today was by far my worst experience. I had a Robot Vacuum that stopped working and I am a TotalTech member and I bought it in on Tuesday to see if anything could be done. I was told the TotalTech plan had changed in the last year but Geek Squad would take a look at it without charge to see if something could be done. I show up today at 4pm for my appointment and I am told they don't repair vacuums, only exchanges so there is zero they can do for me. I leave the store to place the busted item in my car and I return with the intention of buying a new Irobot vacuum. the model I selected was just shy of 1000 bucks, but the only ones on the floor were located on the top shelves. I asked for assistance from a gentleman in the aisle with a cart and was told someone would be right with me. 20 minutes of me pacing back and forward later I decided to leave without the vacuum and ring out my phone charger, with every intention of giving my business to Amazon. I am sorely disappointed that after 20+ minutes Best Buy can't find someone to take a box off a shelf. The only waiting I will be doing now is waiting at my door for my packages from Amazon to arrive. And to add insult to injury, when I was checked out, the cashier didn't ask me about my Rewards status, so if I want points I need to manually add them myself in their system, another useless step and waste of more of my time.

currently there not doing Stereo installation On cars which is kind of inconvenient. They used to be super knowledgeable about everything when you found somebody in the department they knew exactly what they were talking about. now nobody seems to really know anything.

Worst appliance experience ever. Do not order appliances from them! Ordered a fridge which was scheduled to be delivered from 12-4. I waited by my phone to make sure I didn’t miss a call that never ended up coming. I finally got frustrated at 3:50 and called customer service, and automated attendant told me my appointment had been pushed to a 12-8p timeframe. A call would have been appreciated!! Also, it is insane to assume someone can be available for 8 hours with no heads up! At 8:00pm I still had received no call as to my order arriving. I called Best Buy again and waited on hold for 30 minutes. The hold music stopped, I heard some shuffling for a few seconds and then the attendant hung up on me. It’s now almost 8:30pm and I have never gotten any notification or status update regarding my product. It is no stretch to say this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Are they going to show up at 10pm?? Are they going to move the appointment to Sunday?? I’ll never know, because no one has called me. UPDATE: it’s past 9pm and still no call. I just waited an hour on hold for customer service and they hung up on me a second time before I could say anything.

7/2022 very happy with this visit. Thus is a "super pet friendly" store, and all the clerks we spoke to were very helpful. They directed us where we needed to go, had another clerk meet us there, carried our purchase to the front, then sent for a 2nd item because we decided to get 2.

They were able to give me a full refund for something I bought even though I didn't have the original box and I bought it with cash. Really sweet and helpful people

Was in for a iPhone repair for my phones cracked backside, well needless to say the front door to the store wasn’t working, had to go they mall. That caused me to be late, and then I guess apple pulled there parts to fix iPhone? Why offer the service then . I then went to apple store in mall as suggested, and well they were going to do the repair but they don’t have the IPhone 13 pro max in 1 TB available at that location .. wth

I have always enjoyed Best buy, but lately, they are trying way too hard to be something they are not... Amazon! That isn't particularly a good thing. All the remodeling in the world, will not fix something that's broken, stick with what you know!

Lot of items to browse through. It's inside the Mall of New Hampshire makes you to do relaxed shopping. Lot of TV, laptop, games, speaker's and accessories. It's a quiet a big store where you can collect your online orders. Enjoy your visit!
