Excellent selection of men's clothes but not much for women.

I went to the K&G store on Pulaski Highway and purchased a black jumpsuit to wear to a wedding this evening. I arrived at the wedding and the hem of the jumpsuit was coming out and I had a hole in the back of the jumpsuit. I went to the bathroom to try to salvage the offit. While in the bathroom I called to the store and spoke with the manager, David. I explained the situation and told him I would be bringing it back to the store for a refund. I arrived at the store anout 6:40pm and asked for the manager. David, the manager was rude and told preceded to tell me the computers were diwn and it was nothing he could do for me because I was suppose to come in on Tuesday. He also stated he was not going to go back and forth with me, because he was just going to walk off. My evening was ruined at my cousin's wedding because I was unable to stay with my clithes coming a part. Then to get to the store and be disrespected by the manager was unacceptable. I will never patronize this establisment again.

I visited K&G yesterday looking for a suit for a wedding I'm attending. I don't really have a sense of fashion and I was looking for some help....that's when I met Marty. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable etc etc etc. Point blank, he is the man. He helped me put together a great outfit with shoes, socks, shirt, tie and suit. I am definitely a customer for life now and it didn't break the bank. Thanks again Marty. I'll see you soon

Compared to other locations, the selection here is less than average. I waited in line for 15 minutes. Not because the lines were long but because only person knew how to process a return.

Walking in customer service was nice. From there tho was not. I asked where the dressing room was. Guy was walking away as he was telling me. I found it on my own. Tried over charing for pants that were on clearance. Broke mirror in the ladies dressing room. Hard to get service up front.

This store has really changed for the worst. It was never like this. Unorganized shelves, leaky roof, even the sales person sold us a suit with no buttons probably returned by another customer because they just pulled it out from the check out counter. I know I should have been more thorough, maybe it's also my fault.

I ordered a suit online that needed alot of work They fixed. And The Hottie with a Body Manager there was a big help. She helped me in a 2nd suit . For my travel thanks babe... everything came out great .

Came to this location to get something to wear for my daughter's wedding and the staff was cool but Donald went above and beyond making sure I got everything I needed. It's good being assisted by someone who knows exactly what you need and makes sure you get it. Good job!

If you are searching for some casual or formal clothing, but, don't want to break the piggy bank, I introduce to you, K&G Fashion Warehouse. I shop for clothes for formal events here, often. The staff is cool and helpful. They have sections for Men, Women and Children. All at the most affordable prices. I recommend them!
