I would never come back I walked right out before I catch myself getting an attitude. Barley got a decent greeting everyone standing around like its a social event. Lady was quick to throw a mask in my face. I was trying to sell some items but was so quick to be told they not taking any items.

The staffing was very nice however the older Caucasian “manager “was awful ,disrespectful, and had a bad attitude. She has NO customer service skills what so ever!

This is an amazing store to shop and save. Excellent quality and brands of clothing, shoes, books and all types of baby and kids products at great prices. I really recommend this store for anyone looking for amazing bargains.

Checked the Facebook page, the website, and called before coming in to sell today - was told everything was a go. I drove an hour on my husband's only day off only to arrive and be told that they wouldn't take my stuff today - that I could come back tomorrow because they were leaving for the day(at 2 in the afternoon?). I am a big fan of OUAC franchises as a whole and have had only good experiences selling and buying at other stores, but this was NOT a good experience.

This place has been super uber helpful in the clothing department for my son. You know how fast they grow in their first few years🤯 The selection is awesome and there's enough of a variety for each size that you'll want to take your time.. but it's also a great stop for a quick shop trip. The prices are really a good deal for the money you spend. (Especially with the sales they're almost ALWAYS having.) Plus if you download the Fivestars app you get points that build up fairly quickly and unlock extra percentages off your future purchases which also makes your pockets 😃 . They've also got toys, books and shoes as well. This place is great!👍🏽👍🏽

Decent store, good clothes… but really rude not to have a bathroom. “Because of COVID” - yeah right: they just send you to the burger shop next door. How rude if half of your clients is either pregnant, has just given birth, or may need a diaper change.

I will never return to this location! Brought in items to sell, I was told my items couldn’t be counted until I take certain items out. No problem I can do that and I understand, upon removing the items I realized that other items were missing! I asked where the other items were and Ms. Margaret stated and another young lady stated nothing was taken out due to the other items that were I the been, they couldn’t take anything out until the other used items were removed I was fine with that. But the three items that were missing were on top as well but yet they were gone like I didn’t remember what was in my bin. Horrible service!

The store was freezing cold to where it was uncomfortable to shop and there was no difference in temp from outside. I was shopping with my 11 month old that had on a tracksuit with a hat and it took no more than 10mins her cheeks were turning red and hands ice cold. I feel bad for the workers.

In terms of sustainability they have a smorgasbord of stock (clothing) but you have to have patience. Customer service is not their expertise. I came to their “dollar sale”. And although they had five people behind the counter- not only was I not greeted when I came in but When i ask for help it appeared as if I was a bother. I left with out buying anything good luck to those with patience

This store has saved me for the past two years. Birthdays, baby showers, because I have growing boys, and Christmas 🎄. I enjoy the text messages when they are having a sale. There have been times that I come and the inventory is a little low, other times it’s an abundance of items. I always find hidden treasures for my family. I love this store and have told family and friends about it. This is definitely my go to. Thank you Once Upon A Child.
