I needed a quick fix to my phone that the TMO 611 line could not fix! I went to the Braintree store the following morning; the rep who helped me identified the problem immediately and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes by deactivating the app that was causing the problem...great guy, great store!

The wait was so bad. We waited around 2 hours to get it all done and food you know they charge $30 to help you. It is called an assist fee

Was told $80 for 2 lines, free Netflix and $800 for a trade in with a new phone, I go back Christmas time and now the price is $120 for 2 lines, no $800 trade in and the same person acting confused as too what he just told me a week before. Just not in the mood for scammers and liars, especially during the Christmas season.

I had to come shout this crew out that worked 10/15/21 this crew was amazing the manager Robin was amazing his team was awesome, I watched how Isabel handle many different customers as they came in.. I had to leave to go to apple an when I came back they was still busy but handle everyone with care.. no one was there longer then expected, I didn’t get the chance to get the whole entire crews name that’s why I mention the date so they be recognized for being such a great awesome team. Not one of them show anxiety for dealing with more then one person at a time the whole crew kilt it … shout out to them I walked in there like sprint who hahha it use to be sprint store .. I hated T-Mobile but this crew made me love an respect them so much more. Great job I’ll definitely be back I live all the way in Taunton so to drive to Braintree is insane but worth it

Discrimination, prejudice, racial bias, and feeding into stereotypes is all too real and that’s exactly what I experienced at this location. I went to this particular T-mobile store to activate my new SIM-free (unlocked) iPhone 11. I purchased it directly from Apple (online) and was told that I would need a new SIM card seeing as though T-Mobile and Sprint have recently merged (I am a Sprint customer). I entered the store and immediately sensed that I was being judged. Not only that but I was spoken to as if my new phone was acquired nefariously and/or stolen. After explaining my situation to the female sales associate-whom I believe was actually a manager- she proceeded to tell me that their store did not carry the particular SIM card that my device needed and that I would have to go to the Apple store to request it. She also tried to redirect me to a Sprint store that was well out of my way! Though I knew she was lying, I followed her advice and went to the Apple store in pursuit of a SIM card. I returned to the T-mobile store with what was given to me by Apple (a Sprint SIM card), only to discover what she and I already knew, which was that that particular SIM card would not work in my device. This was validated when a different sales associate began to assist me and stated that the Sprint SIM card was obsolete and proceeded to activate my device using a T-mobile SIM which he conveniently pulled from a drawer behind the front counter. In complete disbelief, I began to address the issue of her giving me the run around. The female sales associate’s response was “oh I’m sorry, I forgot all about the merger!” How she could forget about a million dollar merger involving a company that she works for directly is beyond me. In addition to the incompetence that I experienced with her, I was forced to wait another 20-30 minutes just for them to activate my phone due to a “technical glitch.” All in all this was a terrible experience. Everyone is not a thief and/or a liar I did not appreciate the fact that I was treated as if I were one. They asked me numerous times where I purchased my device and my story never changed seeing as though it was the truth. I am highly disappointed in the treatment that received at this location. The most disheartening part about this entire experience is that all parties involved had the same complexion as me. Talk about racial bias smh! I am thoroughly disgusted and I will never return or recommend this location to anyone. If you haven’t gotten my point yet, please allow me to be a little more direct: “All young Black men are not thieves.” Thanks for ruining what should have been a trouble free experience. I’ve attached a pic of the SIM card that they supposedly “did not carry!”

Went to buy a phone the and had a great experience working with Nelson and Tina. If you ever visit this store those are the only two people to talk to. They are helpful, understanding and do everything possible to make sure you are taken care of...... Now by all means avoid the "Mr manager" Marcos, he is not a people person. Doesn't know how to listen to customer before offering to help. If you talk to Marco you will have a horrible experience and will be wasting your time.

Worst worst worst costumer service ever experienced in my life. There was a guy named Alain very rude didn’t even bother to say Hi. It was the first time ever seeing this person and hopefully the last. I had my daughter with me she’s 5 she was repeatedly saying hello to him didn’t even acknowledge her. The whole store noticed that even fellow employees. I asked for a specific phone and he said they don’t have it but when I asked a different person he said they do and he brought the phone out. This person doesn’t show that he wants to work at T-mobile. I am a Verizon costumer thinking to switch to T-mobile but hell No am not. I can’t imagine me dealing company agents like this dude I guess this is T-mobile standards after all.

I am now a two-time customer of this location. The first time, I came in looking to buy a new iPhone and switch to T-Mobile. About 9 months later, I had paid off half of the device and decided I wanted to upgrade via the Jump program. Both times, I was helped by Russell who is the man. Initially, I was a little nervous about switching over but I then felt that I was in good hands. The transition felt absolutely seamless. Russell knows exactly what he's talking about when it comes to the carrier and the devices. He makes sure you have all of your questions answered and that you are satisfied before you walk out of the door. Tell him I sent you!
