I understand the stress of having a “line out the door” but that’s no reason to treat someone poorly. Horrible “customer service” here. Go somewhere else if you can. Definitely don’t call them, you’ll get your head bit off by the bitter woman at the desk.

Today gone to this USPS branch to send a parcel. In two minutes it is done.. Even I came out and noticed the same 2-3 mins turnaround time for next couple of customers. Awesome service!!! Appreciate the hardworking people in this branch!!!

My husband was sweet enough to take my passport renewal to this post office. Kevin was very helpful and took the time to make sure everything was correct on the forms. He really was great about it. Thank you, Kevin! 😊

I use this post office regularly, I went in on December 3rd ,I used flat rate shipping going to derry nh, postal worker Kevin was working that day I believe that Kevin is a supervisor went to another postal worker as Kevin had a customer, I told her of my complaint, as of December 8th this letter was not delivered, it went to the Nashua facility on Saturday the 5th it's been there even up to today December 8th Kevin was quick to bark back and stated that Nashua has thousands of packages and being Christmas is why its delayed. I worked for ups for 25years and we are not in peek season yet. Plus this isn't the first time that this has happened, its been going on for awhile and have told Kevin about it. I have to use next day air pay 28.00 because they can't seem to deliver from Nashua to derry nh, using flat rate service. Posted on website that flat rate delivery is 1-3 days, if this service is interrupted by Christmas volume it should be posted. My letter was finally delivered on December 9th, I wonder if I put a stamp on instead how long would it get there.

Stopped in to renew my passport and get a passport picture. The person at the counter told me to just follow the instructions online and handed me a priority mail envelope. He said they were too busy to help any more than that yet there was only one person waiting behind me. I asked if I could at least get the photo and was told they were too busy. I saw at least three people behind the counter. Very rude and frustrating. It is always helpful to get someone familiar with the passport process to review the forms and take the picture so that the application isn't rejected. Crossing my fingers I filled things out correctly and the picture at Walgreens is sufficient. I will never go to this post office again. Terrible customer service.

Went in today to ship out a few packages and paid for shipping in advance online. Showed the shipping labels and the older gentleman at the counter looked at me as if he didn't know people come there to ship stuff. I thought the price I paid online included the envelope to ship in, and was notified it wasn't with a shake of the head and a laugh, even though I went in earlier in the week and was provided a box with the rate I paid. I purchased shipping envelopes and put the items inside. Gave the items to the clerk with the shipping labels, and was alerted that he wouldn't let me use the tape on the desk to adhere the label to the package. Mind you earlier in the week the other clerk was fine with securing a label to the package using USPS tape. Had to drop more money on tape because the guy didn't want to help me, you know - like someone assisting customers would do. I've had similar experiences with the same guy in the past in this location. Others are much more helpful, but going in and seeing this guy working makes me want to turn around and go right to UPS or FedEx. Bad customer service.

I hoped to have had a great experience when I went to this location. I feel as though these people were seasoned & too comfortable in there environment, they do as they please w/out regarding the customers who are listening to how they conduct professionally. They speak to you as though you are expected to know what to do. They do not respect there work. And I felt as though they were conducting like robots w/ mixed feelings. Like afraid to be friendly yet trying to show no emotion as well. I'm sorry if your reading this & possibly thinking I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I've gone to this location twice now & ive gotten same response. I'm having to go there again soon. Only going there out of the convenience of location. They need vibrant, energetic, outgoing new employees! Who actually enjoys their job.

I had two horrible experience with this facility. 5 years ago I mailed a camera. It never reached destination and no way to claim it back. Two days ago I sent a certified mail. The receipt shows the correct destination only 50 miles away in MA but the tracking shows the mail was sent to TX after two days! I called the office and was answered very lightly after a long wait "oh, the mail was probably put to the wrong bag. People make mistakes. The mail will come back, maybe in another two days". I cant say the staff there are friendly or not friendly. They just do their work poorly.
