Shoe was out of stock, they charge a $7.99 shipping fee. I think it's a little rediculous to charge a shipping fee for an item that you have that's out of stock.

The cashier was on the phone the entire time even while ringing me out. She didnt ask if i needed anything. The shoe are way overpriced. The didnt have every size. Very small selection. Payless was much better.

This store had such a wide variety of shoes for men, women & children. I didnt notice many great savings or sales, they had all the other typical selecion of products (socks, laces, purses, wallets, shoe care kits, insoles.) The store itself wasnt very busy, there wasnt a big line to cash out either. The staff wasnt very friendly but they were not awful either. As i was browsing, although there were associates on the floor, none of them asked if i needed help looking for anything or if i had any questions. Overall a good experience i just think the employees could have been a little more welcoming & attentive.

Was recommended to shop by a friend here and might I say this place has a great shoe selection , store is twice the size if not 3 times the size of the prior store that was located at the other end . The staff are amazing . I can honestly say the two ladies one who helped get my shoe and the other one who cashed me out where absolutely outstanding. They where polite and even walking out of the store one of the young ladies gave me a Good bless you hun ! Keep up the good work .

This is the third time I have tried to purchase shoes for my daughter at the Dartmouth location and they can never find the other to make a pair. Maybe having an adult or manage there might help. Last chance. Famous footwear is better.

Boy did this place go down hill. The staff are not the same and it disappointments me . There use to be a kid always singing and a young woman who would help me for hours i always go in to see if they are working and no sight of them good help is hard to find . Just a suggestion bring the actual hard working people back. new staff are lazy and not willing to help. And i am not the only unhappy customer .

This place was the worst! Went in last night and they had three college kids working. We ask if we could have my sons foot measured and they hand me the foot measurer. Are you kidding me? Three morons doing nothing and they can't measure my kids foot. This place sucks! Avoid avoid avoid!

I've got to hand it to them for having a veriety of shoes at good prices. I rarely see staff trying to help out though. 3.5 stars if possible.
