Not a bad space. Easy access, an app, reasonable for short term storage, and simple. Dirt gets into the units, but whatever. It's stuff you didn't care that much about anyways. SUPER friendly staff!

This place is great. The local staff is very responsive. I've rented from them three separate times and all three units have been kept safe and out of the elements. Easy access through the gate and easy move in / move out.

Future renters beware. The start of the lease was great. They offered a fair price of 65 bucks for a outside space for my boat. Then out the blue, only 6 months later almost a 40% price increase. Now up $106. Totally feel like this was a bait and switch.

I was super happy at the beginning. I have a 10x10 for $140/mo. New rate, after approximately 4 months? $218!!!! A 50% increase!!! And they tell you “the contract says you can expect increases.” Ya, I’d expect $10 or $20, even $25. But $78? A 50% increase? That’s despicable!! Find somewhere else!

If I could give zero stars I would. I rented online for $120 a month. With the obvious expectation the price would go up eventually. Not even three months later my bill is now $210 a month. For an OUTDOOR NON CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit . Less then 6 months and a price increase of $100?! I read some poor reviews on this place for that exact reason and decided to give it a shot hoping those people may have just been upset. And no , it’a true. A giant ploy to scam people for storage . The manager said it’s expected at 6 months to increase. So not even 3 months in and my unit is bumped up an extra $100??? The manger read me “line 40” of the rental agreement that states the price increase after an online promotion. Yet he wasn’t able to provide me for a date when the promotion ended. As we call this in the real world , hook line and sinker … will be taking my business elsewhere. My father in law has a unit there as well under my account. That will also be canceled and he will be moving his stuff too.

FRAUDS and CROOKS. I rented a locked for $75/month. After only 3 or 4 months I got a bill for $139. I thought it was a mistake and called them but they assured me it was NOT a mistake and that they COULDN'T change the price increase and that they COULD NOT connect me to any manager of theirs. THAT IS AN 85% INCREASE THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO. My exact locker is now being advertised on their website for $65 - so Tim's little story about an increase due to market value is just as fraudulent as this company. I called headquarters and was connected to the district manager that way, who lowered the increase but not my enough to keep me as a customer, especially given the NO notification/ consent to the increase and RUDE customer service. Have never experienced a company that behaves in such a fraudulent manner ever before. RENT ELSEWHERE. This company should be shut down.
