Ulta Hudson has the most incredible employees!! I went into the store a day before my sister’s wedding when the makeup artist fell through and they saved me!! Delia and Stacey were pure magic! They went over everything I needed to know to do her makeup myself, all the products I needed, techniques to use and were super patient with me as I took notes and asked questions. They gave me a crash course that truly saved the day! They reiterated how generous the return policy is which made me feel comfortable with all of our new products. We ended keeping most of them because Delia and Stacey have such good advice we loved everything! I will 100% recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you Delia and Stacey for getting me out of a pinch. You both deserve raises for your incredible customer service!!

Best customer service I have had in such a long time! Eduarda went above and beyond and helped with something I had misplaced at the store. She was also super helpful as I was looking for a new mascara to try. Delia was also excellent! This store is lucky to have such friendly hardworking employees!

sold me a used lipstick like new, the seal was open, I went to pick it up from the pick up and the bag was closed with a tag, when I got home I saw that the lipstick was used in the store

I went into the Ulta Store in Hudson,MA ready to buy makeup. I’ve used Origins for years and they no longer carry makeup. I needed everything but was unsure of what brand to buy. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one staff asked me if I needed assistance. I finally left empty handed. I will take my business elsewhere.

I walked in there just to go to the bathroom and i was very surprised at how clean and nice the staff were. Im not into beauty products obv but i did find a mens section which was small but useful and i did eventually check out the store and bought a few things thanks to the great employees.

Ulta is a cosmetic and beauty store. This Ulta has a hair salon as well. We went to Ulta in search of a curling iron. They had a nice selection of quality products. On the way out, I noticed a beautiful "smokey eye" eye shadow palette.
