Inventory online isn't what is carried in store. I went in looking for cologne and beard balm. Neither products I was interested in was there. Store employee confirmed so I knew I wasn't looking in the wrong section. Store has a great selection of products. Just be forewarned, if you see something on the website and plan to buy online, pickup in store...it may not be available.

The staff is incredibly rude with the exception of maybe 2 employees. Every time I've go in they act as though I am interrupting them. They all always seem miserable and in bad moods. My daughter love the store bc they do carry a lot of things but if it were up to me I would never go back

I love Ulta as a conpany! This Ulta in particular is a hit or miss as far as customer service, I've had some really nice helpful staff which was usually from the pop up MAC. But overall a great store to shop by yourself and not be bombarded by sales people. If you require a lot of help with skincare or makeup, hit or miss like I said with staff.

Staff were so helpful for me as a failure in the beauty realm. I left with the perfect curling iron for my hair. The staff actually listened, and gave genuine advice.

Looove their make up and hair products. Also got my hair cut styled and colored teal, pink, and purple. She did such an amazing job! Can't wait to go back and get it done again

Had the exact opposite experience from previous review. Usually spend a lot of money at high-end salon. But was desperate for a cut and my stylist couldn't fit me in for weeks. Had a coupon for service at Ulta, so decided to give it a try. Have fine, straight, hard to cut hair, but thanks to Luke, I had one of the best cuts ever! Will definitely go back to him.
