Haven't been to a B&N in years, so this was a step back in time. Though I don't drink coffee, the Starbucks inside the store is a nice touch. I'm definitely coming back, to really wander the store & get lost in a sea of books

Employees are pleasant and helpful. The cafe is a pleasant place to sit and read or study while enjoy a snack. The occasional sales are great!

I was there right before the holiday and was disappointed that there were fewer how to and fewer variety of informational books. Of course it was geared for Christmas sales so I am hoping to find better selections than just new novels. They are helpful in helping you find books if you have time. I am happy we have b&n here in Leominster. It is nice place to hang out.

Good to see a Barnes & Noble still in business. This store has a vast supply of journals, exactly what I was looking for. Large selection of other books, too, and a well stocked cafe. Checkout was quick and easy.
