Do not work for this company. This was one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. Inconsistency constantly by my “manager.” Who would talk about other employees behind their backs and talk about their performance yet not train anyone themselves and wonder why things weren’t getting done right. Inconsistent schedule, lied about hours, lied about what shift I was supposed to be working on. Just overall traumatizing and a disgraceful place to work at because of the management. Do better please.

Went here this am picked up a few items. Was kinda taken back by the girl behind the counter stuffing her face with food while conducting transactions with customers. Chewing while talking to me. This is the second time I have stopped her and same girl is eating food touching everyone's belongings and then chewing and talking to customers. Not to mention same person will have side conversations with staff while customers wait in line for her to acknowledge them. Worst customer service skills I have ever seen.

Today I made a purchase at Cumbys and the girl said my card didn't go through, so I ran it again. When I got home I checked my accountbon the mobile app and noticed my account had been charged multiple times. I returned to Cumbys and told the employees. A man, maybe the manager, I'm not quite sure, gave me a number to call to dispute the charges. I called the number and got a voice-mail and I was almost positive that wasn't right so again I walked back to Cumby's. The man told me that was an old number and went out back to locate the correct number for me to call. He eventually came out from the back and gave me a number for some woman Jillian. I called the number and got her voice-mail so I left a message with my contact information and described the issue, she called me back about 5 minutes later.. I discussed the issue with her and she told me my card was only charged once on their end and that I would have to contact my bank for the refund and it could take up to 10 days for them to dispute it and refund me my money. So now I'm waiting to be refunded money I should have never been charged in the first place and I'm playing phone tag when I feel like Cumbys is to blame and should have to be dealing with banks & what no , not me. Needless to say I am very disappointed with my experience today at Cumby's.

These girls can never keep up with the lunch or 9 o clock rush, have not yet figured out how to have food ready ahead of time, and get snippy when you ask for service like getting a slice of pizza in a timeframe LESS than 15 minutes.

I was just in there about half an hour ago and boy must I say that girl working behind the counter Tori is such a sweetheart. She is so polite and knowledgeable and wonderful and I hope you guys are Cumberland farms recognize that and make that reflect in her paycheck because she is such a sweetheart.

I used to drive to N. Main St to get cheaper gas, but with this new Cumbies, I figured out with Smart Pay you can save about 10 cents/gallon right there! And with tasty coffee and pizza slices for 99 cents, the savings adds up pretty nicely! It’s great for some businesses too because the boss can pay for gas without the need to give workers a physical card or do expense reports since the purchase can be approved remotely by just providing the store and pump # labeled right at the pump.

It’s becoming very problematic/annoying that not one employee seems to have a problem with the Panhandlers/ Wannabe rappers selling cds harassing its customers everyday!!! Can’t even get out of your car without being harassed. No Trespass them please.

Really nice gas station, similar in shop setup to the Cumberland in New Hampshire I reviewed. Lots of choice for food and drink. Greeted warmly by staff on walking in. Great price on gas $2.09 reg.

Nice place inside &out. The lady working the counter kindly greeted me with a smile &asked how I was today, &can she help me find anything? Which I thought was nice since you really don't get greated like that in to many places anymore. She definitely made the visit the difference between 3stars &4. Anyone can have a nice store but it's the employees that make the difference. But time will truly tell how this store standards hold up. But for now I'd go back..

They do a great job. I worked as a mgr for them just our of college. But .this is a great, well thought out store, make your own coffee, it's always perfect, great free sweeteners, gas , & snacks. You can call ahead for their Pizza, it's actually very Good. They also sell slices, .they should put one in my building in Worcester.!!!!
