If you are looking for only general maintenance, small repairs, and tire changes, they certainly aren’t the worst out there. Anything further, like electrical diag/minor modifications, you’re better off finding a more accommodating/thorough shop. About a year and a half ago, I brought my car in to have some suspension changes looked over after repairing myself, alignment, change out a bushing, and an oil change. After keeping my car for a week and a half, they called to inform me they had completed the oil change and alignment, but “weren’t comfortable” doing the other work. So then why hold my car for a week if you had already completed the work you were comfortable with? Why not inform me you wouldn’t be doing the work immediately instead of holding the car? After bringing not only mine, but my families cars for almost a decade, as well as referring business, I expected to have Joel and Dave be a bit more forthcoming than this with me, but it’s clear I should not have had that expectation. Happy to have found another shop to fulfill my needs. Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil change, Wheel alignment, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

We dropped off my wife's car to get her brakes done and have her air conditioner fixed. The guys were super nice I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage! I have been bringing both cars to this shop for regular services as well as repairs and find the experience easy and professional. They don’t make recommendations for unnecessary work to pad the bill. They stand by their work. Prices are reasonable too. Nothing but great service every time.

We chose Mansfield Auto Care after reading their reviews online. Being from out of state, it was a little scary to find a new repair shop because you can't always trust some of them. The guys at Mansfield Auto Care were so helpful and efficient. They gave us honest advice about my car at the risk of losing our business (there was an issue with a part that was covered by Honda up until 80,000 miles, and my car was at 82,300. They suggested we contact Honda and ask them to honor the warrantee). Because of their honesty and willingness to help, we went back to them to fix a separate issue. Their prices were MUCH better than the Honda dealership and the car was done in a couple of hours.
