I frequent a Walgreens in Mansfield MA. I want to let you know how professional and attentive Ashley is each time I enter the store. On this particular visit I was trying to use the online photo site to print some pictures and was having no luck until Ashley came to my rescue. She walked me through the directions and I had my pics within minutes. In this day, it is refreshing to have such a professional assist me and with a smile. Sincerely……..M

If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars I would. I need a daily medication for my thyroid. They have messed up my prescriptions. Today is day 3 w/o my necessary medications. I finally received a text and 2 emails at 9:03 am telling me my script was ready and to come to Chauncy St in Mansfield. I find a ride. I have to work at 10. I get there. No pharmacy no meds no answer as to what am I supposed to do now other than - drive around maybe Foxboro - the district manager told me he refused to have my gthyroid med delivered and that I wasn't the only sick person in the world. If I experience even the slightest symptom I am going to UC and I am going to sue Walgreens and Chris in particular. Send me my medication. I can't go without it

This walgreens is better than most and people need to cut the pharmacy a break they didn't ask for this pandemic and they are thinned out due to deaths or pharmacists quitting its the same for cvs people need more patience or just to get over it.

I get the phone call that my prescriptions will be ready the following week. Not I call to see if my prescriptions are ready. I'm on hold for 15 minutes then hing up on. I give them my prescription numbers over the phone for refill. Prescriptions not filled. Finally get someone on the phone and they tell me they never got the message. So I tell her what I need and my girlfriend will be picking it up. Girlfriend gets there and prescription is still not ready. I hope CVS does better because I switched.

Poor customer service. Called the pharmacist because I had a question on a prescription that I picked up, after being on hold for 15 minutes I was hung up on. Called back again a short time later only to be left on hold for 20 minutes and still nobody answering.

i originally scheduled two days to get the covid 19 vaccine which was a hassle due to the lack of locations providing vaccinations in the area. i went in and i stood in front of a counter with a sign reading covid-19 vaccine sign in which i began to be questioned about which vaccine i was getting in an extremely rude manner. The pharmacist that presented herself for the sign in was extremely rude and continued to behave in a way that made me feel like she was extremely unhappy to be there and assist in any way. Every question asked came along with an attitude on her behalf and the more questions i provided the more miserable and rude she became. Although this was the only location that could accommodate me i decided to walk out because i know her attitude was affecting the way she was working nevermind administering a vaccine in that state. i would much rather drive an hour to get vaccinated than ever have to deal with that pharmacist again. she may want to look into a career where she doesn’t have to feel so miserable to be at.

So they accept appointments for COVID Vaccine. Unless you have lots of free time don’t bother go to CVS. My daughter arrived 20 min prior to her appointment and they still did not administer the vaccine until 20 min after her appointment. Typical Walgreens never as good as CVS. Always doing things on the cheap.

Walgreens is so much better than cvs more room to move around and better sales and the employees are much friendlier no self checkouts which is a plus

Although CVS is right next door and has coupons galore (pretty overwhelming most times), the staff at Rite Aid is exceptionally helpful and nice. The store is pleasant and the aisles are wide especially compared to the CVS where I get claustrophobic.
