I have been taking my prescription from this CVS for five years now. Don’t remember I had any negative experience with their employees as some reviewers are saying. I hope that people have better experiences too!

Tracy the pharmacists favorite music must be cuntry. She seems like the real type I’d be embarrassed to have an employee with such an attitude go back to you bridge and start charging people to cross is again it seems like a more fitting you shrek!

I dont know why there are so many negative reviews. There is a pharmacist I deal with and her name is Maureen. She is incredibly nice and goes above and beyond for her patients. The people here really do their best in such a negative climate. Everyone is stressed and doing the best they can. Being nice can take you a long way.

they scheduled me for a vaccine booster, didn't send me an update that it was cancelled. i took the earliest one it was at 3am. i showed up no one was there door was locked. i called the next day and they told me to get back in line again. none of the automated updates they sent to my phone said the appointment was cancelled. i sincerely hope they close. just a complete lack of help and a terrible business. the automated phone service is worse than i could explain. do not go here. the store manager has his name on the front in a sign i hope it's like a scarlet letter of shame.

Keep calling them to check on my prescription, each call I waited atleast 30 t0 35 mins and noone is picking up. Had my covid test schedule few months ago and system was not working when i got there, noone notified us as well. Did not help to reschedule. Have not had any good experience with anything so far.

Definitely do not order canvas prints from here! I ordered a canvas a week ago. It was not ready. They did not let me know that the print could not be printed because the machine had been unplugged. They just let me wait around until I called. Then they said that I needed to resend it even though I paid for it already and couldn't do that. Then they said I had to call customer service who luckily transfered my order to another CVS. The Mansfield CVS were not even understanding of how they were making things more difficult!

This is a disaster of a pharmacy. No communication at all at any times if your prescription is delayed or if you need a refill from your doctor. My prescription was up for refill for the last 30 days and no one called me to tell me until it was the day i had to pick it up to take it did I find out it was expired. Why don't they call you to tell you your prescription is about to expire? Because they don't care. They'd rather you be without your prescription than to actually do their job.

Very long phone wait times for the pharmacy and 3 times just never picked upJust ridiculous. Weren't very good before covid. Tried several times to consolidate my prescriptions to re-up at the same time. Still not working. Might try another location as we have to use CVS with our prescription plan.

After years of being a customer there, I will no longer. They have screwed up my prescriptions too many times. Most recently had my prescription for nearly three weeks- I left it there - at their suggestion- because they were out of the medication I get (every single month) - when I called to find out what happened, they told me they got their supply and ran out. The witch on the phone says “I would never recommend leaving your prescription here to wait”... #getyiurstoriesstraight On top of this, every month they argue with me about getting my ores prescription electronically. Done with these people. Either get your meds ordering process figured out or hire someone who can.
