Reserved a car online at this location. I walk there to find that's it's closed. The Foxboro location they refer you didn't have a car to give me so I was left stranded. Why does the website let you reserve a car at a closed location??

Just a warning for all - I booked to pick up at this location through TravelPerk and when I arrived, there was a sign saying they are closed and that I needed to call the Foxboro location to pick up my reservation. Unfortunately this didn't work for me and I instead had to cancel my reservation.

Had a great experience with Erin from the Foxboro branch. Erin and Team informed us of the Mansfield branch had closed but met us there to bring our rental. Erin also worked on getting us a better vehicle to suit our needs for our family trip. Very professional and courteous!

Very disappointing. I reserved a premium vehicle to rent for 2 weeks and the day of pick up- they didn't have a premium or an upgrade to offer. I really feel hustled. I will never do business with Mansfield /Foxboro office and I would recommend going somewhere else. The day before pick up, the assistant manager calls to tell me the Mansfield office will be closed at my time of pick up and I either have to come earlier or come to Foxboro office. She proceeds to tell me they have all kinds of cars including a convertible and I can choose any vehicle. When I arrive I am offered a no frills Sonata or a Ford Eco for $10 per day more. I will go out of my way and do my business with the Enterprise, New London CT- always treated right there. Just want you all to know I responded to Enterprise; writing up a full detailed description of my experience. I heard from 2 different people- one wanting my phone # and the other to tell me- "Your message and information have been sent to our location’s corporate head office. They will be reaching out to you as soon as possible about the poor service you received at our location. Thank you for your patience during this process!" That was April 16th- I have not heard from anyone. Their response to my disappointing experience seemed genuine, however it appears not.

Reserved a rental online and when I showed up to this hole in the wall location there where no cars and a sign that said closed. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking to do anything but play games.

I have to comment on the great customer service, specifically this location (Mansfield, MA). I remembered that I left my cell phone minutes after dropping the key off in the drop box for my rental on a Saturday night. I knew the branch was closed on Sunday but decided to email "Customer Service" that I needed my phone desperately for my job (yes I work Sundays as well). Low and behold, the manager got back to me quickly and informed me that the following day she was going to have an employee open up the branch to clean some vehicles and in the meantime be available for me to pick up my cell phone. Aside from having a "oh damn emergency number" I think this was a great experience. The rental vehicle was clean and the rental process speedy and friendly. I will definitely be using Enterprise in Mansfield again. Keep up the good work folks!

I have been frequently renting cars there and both Shannon and Tim are great employees. Some times they upgraded my cars and always have a smile and customer service dedication. They are always busy at the closing time and have stayed past closings by 30-45 minutes to help the waiting customers. They always give a courtesy call to hear any concerns, but I always had great things about their quality of work. I like their dedication to work and they exemplify ideal employees!

Very helpful kind knowledgeable individuals working at this enterprise! I have tented numerous cars from other locations and this is yet to be the easiest most convient especially since I was on a time restraint I didn't even need to ask to hurry it up, just brought my online confirmation the individual entered some info into the computer then we went right out to the lot to get into the car. Within 12 minutes of arriving I was already leaving for work with the rental car stress free!
