I went into this location to get some help on my Facebook account. The gentlemen name Angel assisted me on this and was very kind to help me reset my account . It was such a process to update and add lines to my account but it was do to all the back and forth I had the employee do. Avriana was awesome though she definitely had the patience and personality to work with me and answer all my questions. We did all that needed to get done and I am very happy with out come!!

She kept on saying “I think, I think, Im not sure” to everything I asked and she never once made eye contact. I would like t-mobile to train staff like this to interact with customers better and to serve professionally. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

Anthony, mario , ashlee are very friendly and professional. They helped me with my new Iphone max when the apple store at Salem nh mall did not want to. Also, I ordered a case and screen protector on Amazon and they were kind enough to install them even though i did not buy anything in the store. This was the best experinece I had in a cell phone store. I was going to return the phone until this location helped me. Thank you team Merrimac!!

I Ben waiting for 45 minuets 5 people walk out the store cause the waiting. don’t waist your time in tha store employees don’t give sh About costumers I ask how long are you taking the answer was you can live if you want to you don’t have to wait 😑😒
