Overpriced and never answer the phone if you need something at the pharmacy when they call you and say a prescription is ready I go to pick it up it's never ready without fail all experiences are different every single CVS I have been to is the same

Was here a few months ago and bought a pregnancy test, it was faulty. I went to the store KAYLA JOHNSON who is the “manager” was super rude. Right from the jump she had a very bad attitude. I asked about the policy and she said “Oh well your gonna have to call the 800 number” … When I asked more questions , because it was a $22 test and I wasn’t going to lose my hard earned money , she said at earshot “Well it is a used pregnancy test!” out loud where others heard it and looked at me weird. I told her that was unnecessary and she continued and said “Well i have to say it out loud because you are not understanding” she spoke slow to suggest I was slow or something. I told her I understood fine and she did not have to say my business out loud she said “Well Im not doing the return!” and walked off with an attitude and not giving me the information to get help , i reported her to corporate after I told her that if he did not like her job to quit …. she followed me and said “I don’t have a problem with my job!” …. Super rude and unnecessary she should not be working in customer service if she is going to treat people in that manner, let alone argue back with customers. i will no longer go to CVS and tell everyone to avoid it since clearly there is not privacy and they may violate the HIPPA law!!!

This review is specifically for Melissa in the pharmacy department. She administered my covid booster. She was efficient, pleasant and took her time to position my arm and assure me while administering the booster. Nicely done.

I the last 3 ti?es of picking up prescriptions, upon paying was told " we have no change, would you like to donate it to a charity" well #1, it's probably illegal and a huge turn off for customers. Second I want a receipt for my taxes for donations can be applied. Last time my script wa@ $2.10, so I had to leave the medication for another day. Guess it's bye- bye CvS, because I from now on will pay with a credit card. Another thing it should be posted at the door, I had a dime in the car. In my opinion...they've sunk to a new "CLASSLESS LEVEL". GOODBYE CVS. I EVEN ALERTED THE STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE !

If I could grade a zero I would!!! I also like how they took my review down!! This store is the rudest ever!! Especially when you are sick with pneumonia, you are under doctor's order's not to go out in public for fear that you are at risk for getting COVID-19. Unfortunately, I do not have family to help me, yet for over two hours they made me go round and round through the drive thru with my insurance company on the phone for the information they wanted. They yelled at me stating I was holding up the line, yet they were helping other people just fine. My insurance company was even shocked! When I called to complain the supervisor even yelled at me, totally unprofessional. Save yourself a trip and find a different pharmacy!!!

Very rude staff ... the girl at the medication pick up .. asked me with her hands in her pockets ... about 8 feet away..asked what my last name was ... with no greeting . I think day time when doctors are there , things are ok ... at night when it’s slow , totally rude staff ... and keep speaking Spanish to each other , loudly ..which I think is disrespectful to customers!! If I could rate less than 1 , I would !

5/4/2020 6:59 pm was it really that busy......??? I called and was on hold listening to music for 53 MINUTES .... and no-one answered. I am supposed to have a prescription transferred -> to CVS from my regular Pharmacy to CVS. When I first called CVS the pharma person directed me to have my pharmacy call them... When I called my regular Pharmacy and told them what CVS said.... said, "NO" CVS is "suppose to call them with the details from me. Sounds like CVS doesn't want to take responsibility to to the right thing... let alone holding on the phone for an hour..... I am no longer waiting I am going to drive there and see what's going on I hope i am still connected when I arrive... As soon as I pulled into the parking lot the Pharma tech answered my call and she said she would place the call to my original Pharmacy. CVS is big enough why dont they hire people!!!..

Very bad service I called ahead (2 hours) to have a prescription fill they said 45 mins to and hour. I got to the store and I want even in the system to have anything filled and had to wait again for the same thing I called for ahead of time.

Walked in, w a bag of returns. The woman working saw me and immediately gave me a look and started shuffling thru an item showcase right next to me......I asked her “are you accepting returns yet” and she said “yeah uh do u have a receipt” her tone was very condescending as if I wasn’t going to have a receipt. I said yes I do. I then switched isles and she happened to move to the isle I was entering....the second I turnt the corner and walked down isle, she and her co worker immediately stopped whispering and just stared. I turnt around, and went to do my returns. I handed the chasheir my receipt and items, he said bc I didn’t have the card I purchased these items on, I can not return?? I was returning these things for my mom, who’s currently in the hospital, due to, two major spine surgeries she had 4 days ago.....She has her card w her, in her wristlet she took. In the past I’ve been able to return things anywhere and I am pretty sure even at cvs, with or without debit card. If it’s without I’ve had to provide a photo I d at some places, but it’s never been an issue. I asked him since when was this a thing and he said it was “company policy”. Maybe it is, however I could’ve sworn I’ve returned things to cvs getting cash back on a debit card purchase. The way I was treated was what put me off most. I left right after taking my receipt and items back. I refused to give them any business after being made to feel as if I was some sort of criminal or con artist. Heading over to Walgreens for what I need. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they judged me bc I have colored hair?? Idk? Bc I had returns? Who knows. Either way, that lady working absolutely HATES her job and couldn’t make it any more obvious. Horrible customer service. Expect to be treated as a criminal when going in, whenever she’s working. I think she was a manager. I will not return.
