Just got back from selling my MacBook Pro to Henry, and the experience was a smooth, extremely fair, and professional one. Both David, the technician, and Henry were a pleasure to work with. Offered me more for my item than Apple's trade-in program, which was also an added bonus. Highly recommend folks looking to sell their used Apple products go see Henry first. Went in with my MacBook Air filled with wine and they somehow managed to extract the data onto a new MacBook Pro that I purchased from them. They took the time to show me how to use my external hard drive and explain to me any little thing that I needed to know Henry and David were great highly recommend these guys truly great customer service.

Chose Experimax Middleton because of reviews and didn't want to deal with the Apple Store Upsell dance to get a basic issue fixed. Henry (I believe the franchisee/owner) was amazing. Responsive, thorough, quick and best of all, honest. I WILL be bringing all of my Mac/Apple repairs to Henry going forward. Henry is looking to repair your equipment as opposed to selling you new equipment. Very happy!!

I am so glad I found this store. Henry and David do exceptional, honest work repairing MAC, IPhone and other Apple products for a reasonable cost. I am amazed at the talent they have and the fast and reliable service I have gotten several times from them. And even better, when I needed to update my older products I have purchased refurbished ones they sell in the store that are good as new with 0 % financing available and a lot less expensive than going direct to the Apple store. I highly recommend their exceptional and professional service. It’s tucked away behind Theresa’s restaurant on 114 in Middleton if you should ever need great service to repair any of your Apple products or purchase something. Thank you Henry and David !!!!

Dealing with these guys was SUPER easy. Strong prices on their items. Clean store. It really doesn’t get any better. I needed a newer and faster laptop for my business and Henry was able to help me. Would give 10 STARS!!! Henry was awesome in every way. I was concerned at the unknown price however I literally paid $80 to have my repairs which included diagnostics as well as done that day. You cannot beat their pricing or service. I have a MacBook Pro which needed a new airport card and they didn't try to upsell or take advantage of me. This is the best place going and will not hesitate using again. I still can't believe how affordable my repair was. Thanks Henry.

My experience with Henry at Experimax Middleton was one of the best that I've ever had with a computer store/tech. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would like to have him do more work on all of my APPLE products and I rate this company 5 stars.The first thing is just the transparency of the website, being able to see what the prices are upfront—being able to see the estimate for hours and parts before any work was started. Henry was extremely knowledgable and professional. He instantly put me at ease about repairing my water-drenched Mac Book Air. He called me promptly and explained everything I needed to know about the work that was going to be done. I can't thank Henry and his technicians enough for their prompt work and technical savvy they put forth by saving my computer. Thank you and I will be back very soon! I know that if I took it to the Apple store it would have taken weeks and I would be hassled by both the price and the wait. Experimax was done in 3 days! EXCELLENT and AFFORDABLE!

Amazing customer service from Drew! Apple told me my Mac’s board was “toast” and would cost an outrageous flat rate to repair. Took it to Experimac and Drew went over all of my options and answered all of my questions honestly and genuinely cared about fixing my laptop without breaking my bank. Ended up saving over $500 than if I were to have Apple repair. Highly recommend for any repairs!

I had the best experience in this store. I took my mac to an apple store because I could not turn it on. They said they checked it in the back and told me that they couldn't turn it on and have to sent it out for diagnosis for which I had to pay around $300. So I went to a data recovery place to get all the data recovered and heard about this place for them. I am impressed by how professional and at the same time personable Drew was in explaining what's wrong with my computer. To my surprise he was able to turn my computer on unlike what the Apple store said. He fixed my mac for much cheaper of what would have cost me to get the diagnosis at the Apple store. Also the turn around was very quick. I am very satisfied with the result and all the additional information he gave me on how to take care of my MAC to maximize its life. Thanks Drew.
