The guy that works there, is so rude not once but two times I had to deal with him ,both times the same experience… he should never be allowed to work with customers and he should be ashamed of himself!

The lady here was a huge help restarting and switching my phones. No charge ! And gave me a direct number for customer service to bypass all the auto voice stuff and its many options. 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🙄

There’s a reason why this place has the LOWEST reviews for Metro around the area. Hours are inconsistent, one day could open up at 10 AM another day 11 AM. Went to pay a phone bill and doors were locked. I was told it‘s what corporate decides for the day. So if you get there in the doors locked even if there’s a paper saying the place opens at 10 AM it doesn’t matter 🤷🏻♀️Woman whom I spoke to lacked friendly customer service

Excellent customer service. Had an issue today, associate named Laurie quickly fixed it, she was great. Kevin was a nice sales associate and helpful in explaining features of phones. Thank you both, your kindness is appreciated.

I just left the store and I'm furious. I bought a phone for my daughter and they told me I could get it for the discount price of $69.99. Then they sneaky charged me full price of $129.99. I was told the extra money I was paying was for her first month fees and activation fees and etc...They flat out lied to my face, and when I went back to ask about this situation they told me they would have a manager call me. I've been a loyal customer for them for years and I cant believe I was treated like this without it being fixed. Very frustrated!

Went to purchase two phones. Salesman made promise of taking $30 off our next months bill if we purchased both phones so we did. Well guess what happened...nothing was taken off my bill and when I went to see him he started to laugh saying, " oh yeah I forgot to do that I promise I will work on that just leave me with your info. Nothing was done except taken a $5 off my bill. I returned and he right away turned to his manager and talked low to her...then looked at me and started laughing saying, " oh I tried but they didn't feel you waited long enough" mind you it had nothing to do with the waiting time even though I waited over 2 hours. It had to do with a phone deal that he promised and never kept his word. Then he laughed in my face and said, " well you needed a phone right so you would by one no matter what"...I just hope people are reading this and think twice about purchasing anything at this place....they don't keep their word, they are dishonest and to put it lightly...I find them very shady in their business....

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had in my life, I switched over got a phone and it was defective, they put me through the hoops for a new one. When I went back today I told them I had Smart switch on the phone and they said I couldn't switch things over because they did not have another battery for a j7 so I was out of luck..Terrible service I am going back to T mobile I should never had walked into that store
