Love the brand new location. The pharmacy here is very professional and fast.

Horrendous. This is typical of a new store. It's nice and shiny new, but there's no one in the store to help you. I needed some help with the photo station and no one was there. Seems like no one except one cashier worked in the whole building. Good business model, morons.

I have been shopping at CVS in North Reading because Reading was always took much longer to fill a prescription (however, just as friendly.) North Reading CVS all know my name, have gone out of their way for me on several occasions and prescriptions are almost always ready in 15 minutes. I can't believe I'm the only one who's written a review. They are extremely customer service oriented which makes my experiences very enjoyable. DJO
