For over thirty years, my husband and I have been deeply grateful for the highly competent care our pets (German Shepherds and one kitty) have been receiving from Dr. Harmon and her great team of companionate caregivers. This week has been no exception! Even though we recently moved out of the area and are still in process in matriculating into a new vet service, Dr. Harmon, her gifted, senior assistant, Tina, and the whole staff, with exceptional kindness, patience and professionalism helped us deal with an unexpected urgent situation concerning our 14+ year old tabby-cat, Rocky. From the first phone call, to how we were received on-site (despite their being VERY busy), EACH receptionist assured us that Rocky would receive great care ...and he certainly did... To our relief, an emergency was averted! Thank you, dear friends at the Sandwich Animal Hospital! We already miss you ...beyond words! With tears in our eyes, we wish all of you continued success in all of your wonderful work!

Our cat was brought to Dr. Best on 5/10/22. He told us he had pneumonia and gave him an antibiotic. I could tell our little cat was having difficulty breathing, but a vet could not??? He could not breath at all several hours later and we rushed him to a 24 hour vet where he died. Good job Dr. BEST!!! You should not be a vet!!!!

I looked at reviews, and I chose this animal hospital even though it was further from my home. I am so glad I did. The office staff are welcoming and sweet. The 2 doctors I saw on different occasions were excellent. Very patient, knowledgeable and made me confident in my choice of them. Highly recommend.

This place is great! My guy had issues with his paw last week so I sent pics to them and was assured he'd be fine until his apt. yesterday! His physical was on time, done efficiently, and treats were given to my brat dog. My only regret is not going to them sooner...the entire staff does a great job with the pets and parents...also, just got call telling me all tests were negative...not even a day later! Thank you, Joe D 4/20/22

I love this vet hospital! They are professional, kind and efficient, they even have comfortable pads on the cold slippery steel table!. Macy actually laid down for her exam. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of service is superb.

Even as a new customer they got us in quickly (1 day), did x-rays and bloodwork and we quickly found out he had Diabetes that had been missed at our previous vet. They are thorough and caring nd we are so happy to have found them.

Was pleasantly surprised as this was my first visit with Karlee our GSD. Dr. Harmon was excellent as was her assistant Tina. Very caring people who took their time with you. If you read all the reviews I ditto all of them. Great team!!

My little Yorkie suddenly went into renal failure. Hadn’t been eating, vomiting and very lethargic over a four day period. Called 5 vets+ emergency clinics and couldn’t obtain an appointment until I contacted Sandwich Animal Hospital. Every tech, receptionist and physician all were very responsive, professional and sympathetic . Took her in immediately. They not only ran a complete blood work up but went into a rapid response effort to revive her. Dr. Leslie Harmon called me that same night with her diagnoses + invited me to come in to meet with her the following day. Doctor Harmon spent 15-20 minutes going over the labs and procedures done. Both my husband and I felt immediate calm and reassured by her. We highly recommend Sandwich Animal Hospital if you are looking for a friendly family environment where they care both for you, the owner and your family pet. Isn’t that what we desire and need in today’s harried and fear filled world? An oasis of peace and ❤️! Don’t look any further, at Sandwich Animal Hospital and Dr. Harmon, you are in good hands that you can trust!

Dr. Best is the best vet ever. He is very Gentle with a littler of puppies (we brought a litter of 8 labradoodles). I can’t say enough of how clean, nice the staff is, and most of all VERY Professional. Thanks for the great experience!
