The pharmacist is an extremely rude person. All the reviews are correct…this is the worst cvs on cape cod, with the worst staff at the helm. Do yourself a favor, and go anywhere but here.

The pharmacist here is incompetent. He does not know how to do basic tasks on the computer system. I had to call another CVS FOR HIM to instruct him on how to do it. Oh, why did I have to call, you ask? Because the pharmacy phone lines are down and have been down for DAYS. This place is a mess. I’m switching pharmacies immediately. Hugely disappointed.

I’m writing this review for the surrounding community. If you’re coming here for a prescription get ready for the worst ride of your life. I’m sorry. It doesn’t matter if your leg was cut off or you needed a heart transplant. These people do not care and they look like they’re still fighting off the hangover from the previous night at 5pm (next day) One good pharmacist doesn’t make up for 3 horrible ones. I’m sorry. Retail aspect 5 stars tho ✨

I got a notification that my prescription was filled and ready for pick up. By the time I got to the store the pharmacist had left (10:30am) and the pharmacy was closed. Avoid this place.

Always closed. Needed a prescription mid afternoon. Closed. Needed cold medicine late afternoon. Closed. Might as well close this location’s CVS. They’re never open.

Easily the worst CVS in Massachusetts and they don't even care. One of the ladies called me an "as**ole" because I was upset for having to wait 3 hours for an expedited prescription. I've called their corporate office twice and they said they would "speak to the manager". I think someone else wrote it too... even the doctors all around Cape Cod know how bad it is here. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

My father's new prescriptions were called in on a Tuesday around 3pm, upon being discharged from the hospital for heart issues. We arrived at 915am on Wednesday only to be told the perscriptions wouldn't be ready for another hour. When I asked for some expeditious help since we were at the very beginning of a 500 mile trip to get the old man home, I was snarkily told, "I can't see ANY way that these could be filled in less than an hour." They took all 60 minutes to count out the pills, and they didn't even text me when they were ready despite having specifically taken down my number for that purpose. I have had so much better treatment at other CVS's, and certainly at other pharmacies. Find a different pharmacy if you're on the upper Cape.

Too many mistakes in dispensing wrong quantity (from old refill) as well as not even being aware that they dispensed a rx (tried to give it to us again one week later). Rx would show in process with an expected pick up time, and on countless occasions we would arrive and they would ask us to wait while they filled it or to return. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Switched to Walgreens in Mashpee and have zero issues now. What a shame. Great location.

Takes three times as long as it should to fill a prescription as there is not enough staff. Hire more pharmacists (and help because there is always a really long line too). It is the only pharmacy this side of town so it will always be busy but with more staff, the issues could be resolved. The pharmacists are nice and did a great job with flu shots this year!! Thank you to the gentleman who squeezed us in even though he was very busy.

Unfortunately, always a bad experience. The store itself is dark and seems not as updated as other CVS stores (in the area). Also I have had several negative experiences with a few of the cashiers who are disgruntle and seem extremely unhappy (at times they've even being rude to me). I try my best not to go this location.
