Jean Paul was very friendly and helpful, in fact when he showed me the unit I did not believe that my belongings would fit in what appeared to be such a small space, but he reassured me that it would work and he made it happen.

I have been renting from here for a while now and I'm very impressed with the service and satisfaction of the facility staff. The storage it’s self is very clean and accessible. Right off the hallway and between two train stations. I would recommend anyone in the South Boston, Dorchester, South End and Downtown Boston area.The staff at the storage were very professional and are there to help you all the way.

Highly recommend Castle storage facility! We were moving out of Boston and had to store our belongings before the movers came to ship them overseas. We ran out of space in one storage unit and had to get a second one - the managers were super nice and got us a second unit close by the first, as well as not charging us full month price for it. They were super helpful and flexible when we needed to organise a delivery to the storage too! Definitely recommend, very good customer service!

Awesome storage facility just outside of the city. The spaces are clean, dry , and secure. I can drive inside the building to do all of my loading which is great when it rains or in the winter. The customer service is 2nd to none!!
