This Walgreens deserves a zero. USE ANY OTHER PHARMACY. They NEVER pick up the phone - today I was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes, over several calls. I was hung up on three times, and TWICE was connected with OTHER PATIENTS WAITING ON HOLD. Outrageous & extremely frustrating. Not to mention a violation of patient privacy. It's also, frankly, inexcusable that a *pharmacy* does not answer the phone. This has been a problem for a long time (see other reviews from over the years). I'm sure the owner will comment that my "experience will be shared with leadership" ... but I'm certain nothing will change. Choose ANY other pharmacy for your prescriptions - even if it's less "convenient" in terms of location. You may have to travel a bit further but you'll save hours of waiting on hold or in line. I miss Rite Aid.

Listen Up HERE Ok, I'm 69 Young year's old and I use a walker to get around and I have Other issues with my health, please no disrespect here but I truly don't Care for the CVS on Broadway Anymore What so Ever😵💫😠😠I had a VERY Bad experience there over 2 years ago which almost brought me to my Knees in Tear's to where I almost Lost IT I truly hate it There they can't get Any One to work full time in the pharmacy at ALL even down front as well, I'm not going to get into what happened 💙 But I know DAMN well a lot of people know exactly what I'm talking about ex I would walk to Walgreens back and forth every day Before I'd ever Go back to CVS again, Thank goodness for this Walgreens because they are so amazing and helpful 💯💯👊❤️

Has improved a lot recently. Have interacted with the new head pharmacist here on multiple occasions and he clearly cares a lot about his work. Not perfect but way better than the local CVS.

I ordered for pick up and my order wasn’t ready, I went in a hurry and ask if it was possible to cancel the order so I can just buy the products and leave, usually Walgreens employees are rude but Tamara was the nicest, helpful and respectful person that I have ever met in my history with Walgreens.

They are overstaffed in back, and just have one pharmacist handling customers. They move slowly, are disrespectful and make it abundantly clear that they don’t care. As I was writing this, an employee walked by the 13 person line wrapped along the whole wall and said “sheeeesh!” If I had a high school kid, I wouldn’t let them work here because they might absorb bad habits from this cesspool of incompetence.

Fill your prescriptions elsewhere!!!! I waited on hold for a total of 4 hours yesterday and the call was dropped 3 times. Finally just went in to the pharmacy and ended up waiting 2 more hours with no real communication as to whether or not they’d be filling my prescription. Rude pharmacy staff, and I wasn’t the only person there with issues filling my prescription. One girl had been without her meds for two weeks! Go somewhere else.

I showed up tonight at 830 for a Perscription that was sent at 630 and the pharmacist told me he couldn’t fill it because he had other things to do before he closed at 9. So I tried to pick up my other one that’s been filled for weeks and he told me no and to come back tomorrow because he didn’t have the time (even tho it’s filled!?!!?). If the pharmacy closes at 9 then it closes at 9, not when you feel like you want to stop working!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!! Can’t wait to go back tomorrow and wait in a 45 minute line again

Based on these other reviews maybe I am out of the loop but as far as the pharmacy staff goes, they have been above and beyond, EXTREMELY helpful. The pharmacist helped me when others had given me an issue filling my script w complicated surrounding circumstances. Much better than the CVS closer to my house. They are quick, nice and have been great!

This Walgreens is actually pretty good. it's fairly clean, the staff seem pretty nice, and they have a pretty good selection. I was quickly and easily able to get a passport photo here. However, the margins are crazy on these photos - $14.99 + tax! Nice! Good for them! But be very careful watch out for the tow truck trolls circling like vultures in the parking lot! I saw a guy trolling around and taking pictures of all the cars in the parking lot looking to try to see if he could tow somebody away he was been there too long or not a customer. These guys are the leeches of society. WATCH OUT!
