I love this store, but recently they hired Tina and she is so rude and loud! I've never had any problems In this store until now with this Tina character... I will be speaking to the store manager and the district manager she has to go!!

This store is awesome Jaimie the supervisor I believe not sure is always so helpful I come in almost everyday the co workers are excellent also store is always clean and they are so helpful they seem to make customer service a priority

I went out with my friend to family dollar store on Parker street in Springfield and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store clean and the shelves stocked with items and I was very impressed with how the employees are very helpful to customers and the service was very good and I would go back there again and I would recommend family dollar store on Parker street in Springfield to everyone to go to for good service. Family dollar store on Parker street in Springfield has some good items like things for your bathroom,bedroom,livingroom kitchen,basement, backyard, den, and they have clothes for men,women,boys,girls,baby's,toddlers,pree, teens and they have everything you need for your house.

I've visited this FD location when out in the 16 acres area of Springfield. I will say that there are pro's & con's of this store. **Pro's are that most sales associates are friendly & efficient. Store is well stocked with plenty of variety. Not usually crowded. Great prices on items that would cost much more elsewhere. Con's are that the store itself could be cleaner. Some items look like they were just tossed onto the shelves in a sloppy effortless fashion, not the tidiest business ever. No public restrooms. As you can see in the photos from other's, this store could afford to look more presentable to customer's.** You can find lots of things here though such as party supplies, greeting cards, children's toys, craft items, seasonal/decorative, cosmetics, personal care, clothing for all ages, household, DVD's, books, snacks & other food items/beverages & more.

Its a new family so they are not fully stocked yet, slim pickings for christmas stuff,they do have a pretty good food selection tho.

Of corona virus was a store this would be it... disgusting floors shelves over crowded! Everytime I go theres a problem with a machine or they just ate not stocked enough boxes everywhere very hazardous

Your store is dirty your refrigerator is disgusting everything on your shelves is a nasty mess ! So much stuff left in the aisle how can you let whoever's a manager let it get that way! You need to find someone who knows what they are doing or close the doors on your nasty store!! Really don't even deserve 1 star

I went there and had good old cash and a cart full of things i needed, to be told they don't take cash! Only take debit credit or EBT. Probably get my cards hacked if i shop here. Don't shop at this location if your using cash..terrible customer service as well!!! Will not return to this location
