It really is hit or miss with mail and pkgs on this island. Not just during busy time but all the time. And we pay extra for the privilege. This UPS Store checks pkgs in just before they close so it is faster to have them delivered home. They receive pkgs and often tracking info is not updated. UPS says they have no oversight over franchises. All these excuses for $16/mo. The post office is no better so we are expected to resign ourselves to poor service or the blatant presumption that if we came from off island then those experiences are not relevant. Tired of complaining? Then just deliver exceptional service. Sorry, this UPS Store is not going to be your solution!

Beats the post office by a long shot. Friendly staff, shorter waits, lots of services. Never have to worry about whether a package will end up in general delivery at the post office or left on the wrong porch.

Where is my package??? I left a package with the clerk who said "you're good to go" and would ship my school books. But I am now getting calls from the company I rented my school books from and they said they never recieved them. I tried calling your store multiple times and left messages but no one returns my calls. Wth is going on?!? Its been a month since I dropped off my package with your store. Return my call!

The person running the store this past Saturday was extremely helpful printing up welcome posters we needed for friends visiting on short notice. We are very grateful - they turned out fantastic.
