Great knowledgeable crew and fast service. My 2010 F-150 4x4 needed front breaks and both exhaust manifolds rebuilt which is no easy task, due to its engineering ! I highly recommend Lou's and would use them again.

Very shady. Requested quote for exhaust and intake. They quoted double the amount for an intake than everyone else. I called them on it and got a call back saying they received the wrong quote from their supplier. Ya ok. Then 2 weeks went by with no word on the muffler. Called them and they said they had something in stock and could drop it off on Saturday. Called the next day and was told that Saturday was no good. Don’t waste your time. Service: Exhaust

Went here for a muffler delete a couple years ago, did dual pipes and flanges for $330 so I was very happy. Good price, good exhaust, good work. Came back recently and for basically the same job it was $470. I thought I would at least have a good sounding exhaust that could be removable for the price, so I was semi-okay with it. But even after the man on the phone told me $470 for everything (flanges included), they proceeded to cut and weld my exhaust on without flanges. Called to complain and they told me it would be extra for flanges if I wanted them. Gotta love them charging me extra for something that should've been done right the first time.

I have had three custom exhaust installed on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 over the past 12 years. I have found their prices to be extremely reasonable. They have excellent customer service. The owner is a very fair and he takes pride in supplying all of his customers with an excellent product and service. I would highly recommend anyone that's looking for a custom exhaust that is backed by a solid warranty...a well manufactured product...skilled techs etc. You need not look any further. Lou's is the place you want to be!! if you want a quality custom exhaust / installation etc as well as when it comes to an all around... consumer first customer service work ethic.

I went to at least 3 to 4 repair shops and called several others in my area Windsor Locks, CT and was told that the flex pipe on my 2012 Cadillac SRX could not be fixed. I was quoted by every single one of them for a minimum of $1,500.00 or more to replace the parts rather than repair the 1 inch flex pipe. They ALL told me 1 inch flex pipe doesn't exist and that since it was the pipe closest to the engine it wasn't something that could be repaired it had to be replaced. I called Lou's of Westport, Mass. after visiting their website and was told they absolutely could repair it and for approximately $200.00. I made an appointment and drove the 2 hrs to get to the Westport location. I was definitely not disappointed. I arrived for the 1st appointment of the day 8:30 am and less than 10 minutes later was shown the problem 1 inch flex pipe and was quoted exactly as the said approximately $200.00. They also showed me the 2 other closest pieces of flex pipe and said it looked good but may eventually become an issue due to age. NO PRESSURE whatsoever. I was so impressed I had them do all 3 pieces of flex pipe for approximately $600.00 out the door. They said 2 to 3 hrs and were done in under 2. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone and would travel the 2 hrs again to use these guys THEY ARE GREAT! A++++ Service: Exhaust

The folks at Lou's Westport really did an outstanding job. We showed up for a quick inspection of the exhaust system and ended up with a first class repair to a botched previous attempt to "save" a wasted flex pipe. Maggie had her entourage in tow, so we all waited for the short period of time that the repair took in the lounge area. The guys gave her water and lots of attention during breaks in their work. We can't say enough good things about the service and quality of the repairs. Maggie gives 5 beggin' strips, the highest honor a beagle can bestow. From now on, all our exhaust work will be done at Lou's.

I emailed for a quote through the website, which was a great option . I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I made the appointment and arrived early. They took me in ahead of schedule and Inwas out in 45 minutes with a great new sounding exhaust for my ram 1500. Highly recommended!

The owner was honest, friendly and the price he quoted was the price I paid. My old Caddy came out better then I expected. Owner gave me a ride home so I would not have to bother someone for a ride. His crew was awesome, honest and explained everything they were going to do to my car. Took my car that same day. Great honest owner and workers. They will not sell you or fix anything that you don't need. These guys were awesome. Will have all my work done there now. Highly recommended...
