purchased 4 new wheels paid In full 2k Was told they would call me within a week to let me know that the wheels were in...... Waited patiently and did not hear anything for about 3 weeks So I called And the gentleman that worked there before did not work there anymore.... They said they lost my work order ??? So they said the price would be higher Because the other guy gave the wrong price..... Is extremely unprofessional And they were very rude on the phone...... So I agreed .... Drop the vehicle off They called me and said they ordered the wrong wheels Is inconvenience my whole day Keep in mind I paid in full already The owner said to me he would reorder the wheels and make it right So I agreed and got a phone call about 3 weeks later again Drop the vehicle off again Received a phone call the next morning he said they ordered the wrong wheels again I was Upset Now inconvenience twice The owner called He couldn't understand why he ordered the wheels wrong again In total this went on for 3 months So disappointed with truck guys of Weymouth you guys really drop the ball on this one ......

I do not normally write reviews but Truck Guys are a great business and they go above and beyond expectations. I had a very special project that they did and after it was completed there is not a single thing that I would change from the truck build. They took the time in the beginning to go over all the options and select what was best for my truck. The installation and quality of the products are top notch. From Matt and Jabari to all the guys in the shop I cannot thank you enough for the work you guys did.

Matt Shiff has helped me along the way to build my truck the way I want it. 10/10 work they make sure it’s all perfect before I left and make sure I’m happy with it. Will go to them for everything truck related. They added a 2.5 level to my truck and I couldn’t be more pleased

Guys were great! Called to confirm a bed cover install and asked if anything opened up early to bring the truck in a few days early and they had an appointment open up and I took it. Even with 10” of snow coming down I showed up and hour and half they said it was done and even walked out to the truck to make sure it was good to go and how it worked. Ordered some floor liners while I was there..100 percent using the guys for any of my truck needs! Thanks guys!

I can not say enough about this place. These guys are amazing at what they do. Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. The customer service in this place is absolutely outstanding and the quality of work is top notch. I was so impresses I actually had my brother go there the same day and get his Jeep all upgraded. I highly recommend these guys!!

Truck Guys: Mike, the Owner, has always been great to work with. I first had the pleasure to work with Mike back in the Spring of 2005. I had purchased a New RAM 1500 Quad CAB w/a long bed and needed a CAP to cover the bed. Mike outfitted me with a custom ARE Aluminum CAP w/ Racks, a Tool Box, Side Panel with two Windows and Double Panel Rear Locking Doors, which I loved. He takes the time to be thorough through out the sales process to ensure a "Happy Customer" experience. Yesterday, I stopped by unannounced. Mike provided great service again, helping Me design a New ARE Custom CAP for My Newer RAM 2500 Crew CAB w/a long bed. Additionally, Truck Guys also offers Truck Lighting, luckily for Me as I need Fog Lights installed and Rear Flood Lights for Night Time Surf Fishing 🎣.

Experience with Truck Guys was second to none. Couldn’t have been better. Just happened to drop in based on a recommendation, to inquire about getting new wheels/tires and a lift kit installed on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler JLU. Didn’t even know they worked on Jeeps!! I’m a new Jeep owner so I had done some research but was still pretty intimidated and overwhelmed with all the options. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mike the owner and he proceeded to spend at least an hour and a half with me going through all the different options and made multiple recommendations of “best practices” depending on which way I wanted to go. Needless to say I happily put a down payment on new Nitto Ridge Grappler 35” tires, set of XD Addict 17x9 wheels and.a 2 inch lift kit. Work was just completed last week and I couldn’t be happier. Looks so good! Little bit of a wait between the down payment and actually being able to schedule the job but not Truck Guys fault. Like everyone else they’re dealing with shipping issues because of Covid so it took a while to get all the parts. Other than that the whole process was phenomenal. Definitely recommend truck guys and will be getting all my Jeep work done there moving forward.

I came here because for years it has always been a high quality place. Pricy but quality. This time I don't know what has happened. I had a spray liner and bed cover installed. All went good no real issues. Bed cover kept coming unlatched on one side. As I was scheduled to come back for some lights they could address it then. I went in for strobes front and rear, leds in the grill and light strip under the tailgate. I wanted 4 strobes in the grill but got talked out of it and went with their recommendations of just 2 as the others would bounce of plow and be a distraction. Ok this is what they do so do it. Parts came in late and then they pushed me another 2 weeks before they could get me in. Called at end of the day to say I'm in my way and was told it did not get finished they planned two days work (I was told one day) 2nd I go to pick it up and all looks nice. But they forgot the light strip at tailgate. Really, schedule to bring it back again in a week. During this time I mounted my plow to move it and the two strobes are completely blocked by the top of the plow light frame. Not even usable now. The leds in the grill were not adjusted and aimed up into the trees. Call them and was told they will adjust leds and look at the strobes. They did adjust the bed cover so it stays locked. Now back at shop again, tailgate light is installed, I'm told it's another 400+ to add 2 more strobes to the grill as I originally wanted cause labor and all. I said that's way too much can the ones be moved so they are visible? Nope. I said I'll do it myself and was asked if I want to buy the strobes for 200.00, and Nope I'll buy my own kit. Really no help at all to correct a problem. And they didn't adjust the front led I had to pull the grill and so my self. Also after adjusting the bed cover the corner now leaks. I could go back again but why? I am more than disappointed in over 2k in lights, not adjust multiple trips, and some not even usable. I wish I kept my money and did it my self.

I came here as a recommendation from advanced down the road and right when I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff i told them about when I was looking for (rt 18 decided to claim the rubber grommet that holds up my exhaust) the employee Jeff said lets go look at it to make sure that was it . Once he found out what it was he went to check their shop across the street . We ended up trying the part I bought earlier and it fit . Having an employee that actually gets their hands dirty and will help fix a situation for a customer is very valuable. He recommended me to head to echo muffler that infect had the part I needed I was highly impressed and will tell all my friends to try Truck Guys first. Thanks again for the help on my truck and the great recommendation.
