What a moronic practice it is to text your customers who have prescriptions and ask if they would like it if you made sure their meds are in stock so that you can fill the prescription when its due.NO!! please make sure you're all out and never getting them again so I can die a slow and painful death. Gotta go now and make sure there is no toilet paper before I use the toilet

This place is absolutely horrible. They never have meds in stock, they don't tell you anything or know what they are doing. I've gone 3 weeks without medications due to this location & quincy. After multiple incidents I'm no longer giving CVS my service. NO ONE SHOULD BE WITHOUT MEDICATIONS.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!!! I finally switched to the Braintree cvs and everyone there is so much nicer and I’m in and out. All the workers at the Washington street pharmacy are rude and the wait is always 20 + minutes..makes no sense! Manda is the absolute worst as I’ve read in other reviews.

This place is a joke and this manager evan on the store doesn’t know how to run it, lazy and unprofessional, prescriptions that should be ready take extra 2 or 3 days are you kidding me? The district manager will definitely will hear about this.

Pharmacist was awful, extremely rude and bothered by having to work. he should probably quit especially if he doesn’t know how to treat customers. Never transferred the medication and my baby who was literally just discharged from the hospital went without medicine. Do not recommend this trashy place.

A true nightmare. I have called and called and called over several days. I’ve spent literal hours on hold. They will not answer. I even called the cvs store associate and asked her to have them answer. She did, and they still didn’t answer! This is reprehensible. What’s more is the pharmacist I spoke to days prior is the one who told me to call for an update because they were out of my medication. So this is a pharmacy that doesn’t have medicine and can’t answer the phone. I have reached out to customer relations. This is egregious to do with peoples medicine What’s more, I’ve now spoken with customer relations and apparently cvs has no way of knowing if and when they’ll ever get my medication in stock so I don’t know what the actual heck I’m supposed to do. Disgusting. Especially given pharmacy staff told me they’d get the medication in stock today when I originally spoke with them

The absolute worst pharmacy in the entire world. Every single time you call there’s no answer, so then your forced to go in. Don’t let them fool with the “we’re backed up and so busy” excuse. No kidding your busy, your a pharmacy!! How about be more efficient at your job or um maybe hire more people!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Really unhappy with the service here. The staff is nice and it’s not their fault that they’re so understaffed. Long wait (always about 5 people ahead of me in line) and recently when I picked up my baby’s prescription it wasn’t mixed (two bottles need to be compounded into one) and I had to make a return trip with a screaming baby. Also very expensive. Moved to Olden’s pharmacy in Columbia square and it’s worth the extra few mins drive (still quicker as no wait in line). The compounded prescription was $10 versus $80 at CVS which is a huge difference every month. They’re also supposed to be 24 hours but they recently emailed that they’ll be closed for a half hour in the afternoon so staff can have lunch. I completely support staff having lunch but why not hire more staff and stagger them. Especially when the lines are so long.

One of the only 24hr stores in this area. The staff here are friendlier, more helpful, and may I say even funnier than you could ever expect coming across at any retail pharmacy/store/business period. And since this is a corporate chain, that makes that fact almost unbelievable. Great selection with everything any other CVS has in stock. Even when there's a long line, they are amazing at getting another employee to help. Only complaint is that management doesn't seem to value their staff enough. What a shame. They don't know what they are lucky to have.
