I do like their newer subs, but they took away the visual effects by removing almost all the pics of what your ordering plus raised the prices again. Good wasn't too bad.

This location continues to have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager ( she had boss on her shirt, blue hair and tats on her arm) got annoyed visually and verbally with me because of how I asked my sandwich to be made. She also was verbally rude to the customers behind me because they didn’t k ow what the new sandwiches had on them. This has happen no less than a dozen times over the last six months and not just with her but most of the staff. I don’t need and eye roll, an oh my gosh, or for you to through my sandwich down. I definitely don’t need you to put so much mayo on my sandwich when I ask for just a little more so the whole sandwich is covered that it is not edible any longer. Seriously if you don’t want to be told how to make a sandwich then DONT WORK AT SUBWAY! If it wasn’t so close to my office I’d go elsewhere.

2 young ladies were behind the counter. I was the only person in line and i guess neither of them wanted to wait on me. It took about 3 minutes before one of them even asked what i wanted. Of course she had an attitude. A guy came in afterwards and was done the same way. He looked at me and said wow they are letting us know they don't want to wait on us. Guess they don't realize that people like us keep them in business. Will not go again and will let everyone i know not to go there.

Ordered 3 subs online, they got all 3 wrong, something was missing on all of them. They only had white and wheat bread.

2pm Tuesday, Jasmine provided 5* service, courteous and definitely did a great job. So my rating reflect how she did. The other dude, Sam, wanted me to pay for my sub before completing my order, then proceeded to walk away when I ask for my sub to be finished prior to paying. He came back and bumped Jasmine to finish my order! I'm happy about my service despite!

Almost every table in the restaurant was dirty and the teenage girls that were working there were in the back goofing off not worried about the lobby being clean. Clearly poor management as seems to be the case with many subway locations I visited recently. The business has gone downhill for sure.
