Do not purchase the expensive extended warranty ABC Warehouse tried to sell with the appliance. They outsource the service to a 3rd party company called Platinum and ABC basically take no responsibility for the repair, looks they just pocket the extended warranty. We are struggling to get this Platinum service company to repair our dishwasher, they showed up 10 days after the 1st call only to say it requires a part and they have no ETA, really poor experience
