Dropped off my son's vehicle that recently became very loud. Received a call a short time later informing me of the repair and cost. Picked up the vehicle the next day and one of the guys said the repair was easier than they initially thought so they charged me less for the repair. How many auto repair shops would do that? None that I have had an experience with. Repair was done quickly and less costly than expected. Highly recommended! We will bring all of our vehicles here for service! I went into this shop desperate and clueless on how to change the headlight. Tim was busy with other vehicles but stopped to help me out. He took his time and it turns out the changing the headlights to my vehicle was not easy at all. He had to remove the tire and other parts to get to the headlight. He was very Patient, professional. This project took some time to do and he did not take advantage of me money wise. He barely charged me anything. This is the most comfortable shop I have ever walked into as a woman. I filled up my car with windshield fluid as a courtesy. I will definitely be coming back to this shop in the future. They treated me like family. Service: General repairs & maintenance
