HORRIBLE WEBSITE AND AVAILABILITY OF MENU ITEMS !!!!! Trying to access the lunch menu items, the site gives a poor description of the items; half of the items are unavailable at any particular location and there is no way to search for a location that it is available. I changed to 4 different locations in my area , finally gave up looking (for turkey provolone), selected a less desirable option that the site claimed was available, but when I went to place the order, it wasn’t available either. I am completely dissatisfied and will probably never try to order lunch from Starbucks again. This has totally changed my outlook on this franchise. If you’re looking for something other than coffee, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Super friendly, greeted by several staff, helped me when I made a mistake and were super quick and accommodating. When I left, at least 3 staff said bye.

If only I could rate them the worst. Presentation of drink is terrible. Can't hear a name clearly pronounced correctly. Friendliness is a zero star. Service zero star. Attitude zero star. I hope Starbucks company can get a handle on this location and their staff. I've come here three times and all three times I've had bad encounters. Lapeer location does a way better job than this one. If only they could do the same here. Learn a lesson Clarkston location cause Lapeer and Rochester seem to do way better than you:)

So happy they are open on the inside again. Great service very comfortable seating. Staff was great. Bath rooms were stocked and clean. Drinks were consistent like all other star bucks. They make an amazing heavy cream latte “low carb”. Drink coffee is great too. Ask for a pour over if you like drip coffee or a french press they do a great job at them

The food and service are predictably good. But it seems as though they design the space so that it will be at party volume. Nice place, crew is polite, professional and very friendly..place is always busy, but they are very fast in fulfilling the orders and coffee was always great too! Highly recommend it

Come here often, they have a sneaky way of half filling your drink with foam and whip and not an actual drink. I pay over $5 per one drink and I am disappointed

This Starbucks always makes GREAT drinks and has my stuff ready when I get there. They do a good job of getting drinks out quick. This is my preferred location definitely.
