Franzel's auto is definitely a great place. Want to take your vehicle to a place where you know they are doing exactly what they say they are doing as well as not just doing whatever, this is the place. Was broke down in Peck today could not put car in gear to leave, called franzel's talked with Tony to figure out what to do, was so surprised when he said he he would come out and get it going, did so told me to bring it by the shop tonight and he would fix it. This was all done after hours., would like to thank him for going above and beyond for me, restored my faith in humanity, and kindness. Glad to know there are great people still around.
