This Shop was highly recommended by a friend. I thought they did a good job but now a little over a week later my brakes feel unsafe, I hope they can rectify the issue asap I have to push all the way down just to stop a little, so scary!!! Service: Brakes

They are awesome! I had an oil leak that looked like it was coming from the filter & Googled for auto repair shops - after 2 days of running around & getting estimates ranging from $199-$440 I called the very last listing for Mack Auto Repair. They asked me to bring my car in & after a short wait it was put up on the hoist. The employee (I wish I could remember his name, he was great) called me over to look & he showed me exactly where the leak was coming from - a punctured oil filter. Since I was already due for an oil change, thats all he had to do So instead of getting ripped off hundreds of dollars, I just had to pay for an oil change...the problem was solved When I asked if I should bring her back in 3,000 miles for the next oil change, he advised me that it can wait til 5,000 miles Wow 😎 An honest mechanic is priceless They have a customer for life

I called this morning to see if they could figure out the issue with my car. Sam told me to bring it in and found the issue in 5 minutes. The repair was quick and he even took me on the test drive. Jim Reil Chrysler had my vehicle for two days and still could not diagnose the problem; blamed me cause I asked for my car back. My sister referred me to mack auto repair. The owner and all the workers immediately were pleasant. The owner diagnosed my car issue withing a half hour and I received my car same day. The owner himself took me in my car for the test run. I came and dropped my car off to get fixed because it was overheating and leaking and for them to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with the car. I specifically told them if they find anything just fix it so I can be done with it and they said ok. I left my car there at the shop they called me and said it was the water pump that’s it and I’ll be good. I asked again are you sure and they said yes. They called me and said my car was done and I can pick it up and the next day my car was doing the same exact thing and now I’m stuck on the side of the road and they are giving me a hard time about fixing it again.
