These ladies attitudes are trash! No customer service .. they don't greet you and They come to work looking any kind of way. This is supposed to be an experience for ladies who want to shop and have positive vibes. The store is Big with plenty to choose from however, the racks are so close together you can barely move. I do like that they have security there for any recklessness that may occur! And protection... will not shop there again

The Absolute Worst Customer Service. This was my second visit and both times it was an awful experience. The staff is not familiar with the store policy and never a manager available and they don't care to read the policy posted at the register. Each time I've had to call Store Headquarters to get assistance (they were precessional). I will never spend my money there again and I will tell everyone on my Social Media not to shop there.

A really great staff the store is stocked with all kinds of beautiful things that the right price great sales the customer's there are friendly courteous and believing in the distance of the six feet the guards there are wonderful and you feel safe and secure great family fun for shopping

Personally, I will never visit this location again. They had us waiting outside in line, which is understandable.however, what is not understandable is the fact that the girl working the door kept letting her friends in and making us wait outside. Many people were angry. I ended up getting back in my car and driving to highland Park to go to the other rainbow simply because I did not want to deal with the staff in that store on Greenfield.

They young lady's need to work on customer service you dont have ppl waiting in line just standing there and not have some kinda contact with them by just letting them know you will be with them in a few min is all it takes instead of standing there looking slow one of the young lady's standing there was a manger at that smh

Rarely shop at Rainbow, but I like the Wax jeans because of the stretch and this location have a variety of sizes. Like all Rainbow shops, clothes were jammed together and store was somewhat cluttered. However, you could find Wax jeans etc. Employees were really nice.

Store is CLUTTERED!! The wait to get checked out for my 1 damn item took too long considering there were 2 CSR's at the register; 1 ringing up customers while talking to the 2nd one over her shoulder stapling receipts to paper...smh. This place was my LAST resort and I'm not going back.
