Been going for years and always been good but since some new stylists have been hired, have gotten two awful haircuts in a row. Left one side of my hair almost an inch longer than the other. Will not be coming back.

Once again, I had the same stylist, paid 20 dollars for it, and she once again gave me a 50 dollar one. I really need to learn her name because she is absolutely fantastic to talk to. She asked me about my Halloween plans and who my boyfriend and I were going as, we also talked about what color I was gonna dye my hair again. She is just an absolutely phenomenal stylist and I will keep going back until the time comes when it's no longer possible to. But until then, I will continue to make the 35 minute drive to have my haircut by her. ( The attached photos are the aftermath of my haircut, I'm in love with it. )

I brought my twins there to get a haircut. I called first to ask if they could wash and condition it first. I explained they have knots and the guy said sure. It’s easier to comb it out when wet. It’s a big ordeal and they scream for me but for others they don’t scream. When we got there i asked the guy again could they wash it and said again they have knots. He said again that’s fine. When the lady looked at them she seemed disgusted and said she would charge thirty dollars to comb it. If I had known this I would of bathed them beforehand and combed it out while wet. I took them home and it took me ten minutes to comb it out. I’m not denying the knots. One has very very thick, coarse, curly hair. It needs to be combed wet. I would of left her a generous tip but instead I left feeling judged. The man I talked to was very nice but I will not bring any of my kids there again.

Derek is an excellent hair stylist.....I've been going to Great Clips for quite a few years. I drive quite a distance to get my hair cut by Derek. Excellent job!!!

I wish this was a better review since the people working there were really nice, but I got the choppiest hair cut of my life. My hair was well below my breasts and I had asked to cut it just a little bit above my breast. Now, my hair is just past my shoulders which is a lot more hair off than I asked. It was so uneven that I had to go to another place to have them fix it. I do not recommend going to the older lady there, as nice as she is. Service: Haircut

My grandmas card had expired a few days ago, but she didn’t realize before she got her hair cut, so afterwards my mom called in and asked if she could pay with her card instead. The person said that they comped her cut so she didn’t have to pay anything. They said she’s a long time customer and they are more than willing to take care of her. I am absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service. Absolutely incredible♥️♥️♥️
