I love coming to The Look! I'm always greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner and offered a cup of tea or glass of water. My hairstylist, Trina, really knows my hair, and my personal style, and does everything she can to make sure that I am fully satisfied before I walk out the door. I've gotten several facials there too, and the experience is wonderful, I love Aveda products! I have no reservations about recommending The Look to anyone. I hadn't had a haircut since the start of the pandemic (over a year) and needed a haircut...bad.. I told the stylist that I wanted a new style, but I didn't know what style. At first I really hated the cut and the style she gave me, but I've since parted my hair on the side, did a little flourish with the curling iron and, viola. I keep getting compliments on it. So try The Look. You may may come out looking even better and be more happy than what you initially expected.

I Booked an appointment with The Look for a hair cut. Staff offered tea and were sorta nice.I have been looking for a hair stylist who is artsy and unafraid the deviate from the salon institute way of cookie cutter cutting, however I was to leave empty handed from this salon. I can not speak for their color, however i am sure if you want a basic cut this place is fine.

Went here for the first time to get a cut and hair my hair dyed back to my natural color (or close to it) the staff were super friendly and nice. I explained what I wanted done to my hair and in the end it turned out very nicely. Before I we started I verified the prices of everything that was being done but in the end was charged way more than what I was originally told. I didn't question it because I was happy with the service. Not even a week later my color had faded and my hair was two toned. I went back and showed them what had happened and they offered to fix it and do a complimentary treatment but I had to schedule another appointment and I had to pay again to have my hair recolored. They had told me that it faded so quickly because I washed it more than twice and because of a product I was using on my hair that I've never had a problem with before.

I went in cause of all the positive reviews I saw. So glad I did!!!! The receptionist was really friendly! I love that they even ask you for a bit of info on your hair if your a new client so they can recommend products to you to help with your concerns. My stylist was wonderful as well! I told her what I wanted for my cut and she walked me through something we could try and even made sure to a bit extra length in case I didnt like it and we could fix it!! By far one of the best salon experiences I have ever had!!!! I can't wait to go back again! :)

Been going to this shop for almost 4 years, 2 different stylist only after the first gal left. I love this salon. The women are friendly and fun. The products are amazing on my hair. They even called me last appointment to let me know my appointment would be delayed 15 minutes because the client before, color was taking longer than planned. To me, this kind of courtesy cannot be bought! It also shows care by the stylist herself..... not rushing any of her clients but taking her time to make sure that her clients are happy and done right.

I have been going to the look for about 4 years now and I have never been disappointed with the service that I get. Very friendly stylists, friendly and warm atmosphere! I would recommend the look highly. I am always willing to try different things with my hair and I leave it up to my stylist to do what she thinks will look good on me. She has never failed me yet!! Love the place! Love the place!!
