The perfect mix of trendy and classic options. I am always grateful for the kind and welcoming, not to mention super helpful, above and beyond, customer service. I will be a loyal customer for life!

This is such a fun place to shop! All the staff are very friendly! Sarah J. was my stylist both times that I have visited and have not been disappointed. My first visit was Black Friday, an obviously busy time. Sarah would regularly check on me while I was shopping, take what clothes I wanted to try on and set them aside in the back. When I was ready for a fitting room, everything was ready for me. She even went out to grab a few basics from me to try on with the blazers I had picked out. My second visit was to take my dad Christmas shopping for my mom. Sarah, again, regularly checked up on us and made sure we found what we were looking for. Not to mention, she did a great job gift wrapping!

I've heard a lot about this store and was very eager/ excited to visit for the first time! I visited this establishment last Monday, December 30th. Clothes were adorable paired with fair prices. Although the service, not so great. I was never greeted when I walked in, asked how my shopping experience was going, nor offered a fitting room (I had to find them for myself). Specifically a woman with long dark hair was very rude ringing me up and seemed like she hated being there. Love this store, though due to the horrible customer service I received, I don't think I will return.

L&B is the best!! Whether you’re looking for something casual or fancy - they have it! And it will look great on you! They do a great job at making sure they have styles for every shape and size. Plus I travel for work so no matter what direction I’m coming from I can stop at any 4 of their locations!! Not to mention they throw the best events!

They sell a line of jewlry that they claim the maker will repair if it breaks....I purchased a necklace and the 1st time I wore it the chain broke. I took it in to the store and left it there to be sent to Grand Rapids for repair. This was in September. Since then have inquired about it 4 times and still have not gotten it back in late November!
