So unprofessional and rude...got a card delivered to my mailbox today with a missing check. No envelope! How does this happened?..went to discuss it with them. Just rude..acted like I was making it up..like I have nothing better to do...no wonder there rating is 2.6

I had a camping pass for an event that was supposed to be delivered to my house. When I checked the tracking number it says it was delivered to a PO Box, which we have never had a PO Box. I went to the Post Office on a Saturday and was told that they would have to check with the carrier because they aren't sure what happened to it, I was told I would get a call back on Monday. I didn't receive a call by 11:30 Monday so I called in and was told the carrier can't remember but thinks she delivered it to the house, which is not true because it was never delivered to the house. I was then told that there is nothing they can do about it and they aren't sure where it went. What is the point of having a tracking number and tracking a package if you aren't even able to tell what happened to it? Extremely disappointed in this office and carrier. An item I paid over $200 for and "They don't know what happened to it". Would not recommend sending items out of this office.

The postal service is a service organization where you can't talk to anyone. Our carrier is the worst carrier I have ever seen. You can't call the post office and complain because they don't pick up the phone (NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE). When you call the 800 it is useless. the post office needs some changes

Horrible customer service by my mail carrier. She is always so rude, does not care about your packages. I sure hope she never tries to jump fly with me in person.

Since just before Christmas, packages I have mailed to my daughter in Ireland have been super delayed, returned, and generally not processed in a timely manner. I am so frustrated. The last posting I did on July 15th states has been returned once again to the Lambertville post office as of today per tracking. I have appropriately packaged, filled out all appropriate forms, paid tons of money and it still isn't getting to Ireland. The last package the customs form was not attached by the desk clerk so this time I actually went to the post master to have my package processed and as if today it is back at the Lambertville post office per tracking. I am upset!

Very rude staff. Portly woman talked to me like I couldn’t be trusted when I asked for my tracking number. Other gentleman stood there doing nothing when the line grew longer. Avoid this location

I get treated rudely every time I have an issue and have to stop at the front counter (a certain MALE worker is the person I am referring to)

This is not about the post office it's about GOOGLE MAPS. It gives you the wrong street view n wrong address. It shows the right street but it's on the other side of sterns about a mile down the road. By the old schoolhouse commons, corner of monroe rd.
