I used to love Walgreens. All of them seemed to have wonderful, helpful staff that remembered your name. But I've seen a change in the last 5-10 years. Some of these people they've hired are not customer oriented at all. In fact, they probably don't know the definition of customer service. I've had outright snobs and choppy grudgy customer Representatives. It's crazy! While I was going to college I had so many different customer service jobs and I always treated my customers the best no matter what. Even if they were rude to me because that's my job. I still like Walgreens and I'm not throwing everyone in the mix but some people nowadays are what Wayne Dyer calls clerks of the world.

Made appt. for 3rd COVID-19 shot for 10:50. Arrived 10:30 done with paperwork by 10:40.waited, and waited. At 11:20 a person who came after me got her COVID shot and her appt was scheduled after me. Bad Business. I finally got mine at 11 :28. I'm not happy. An appt is an appt. Be on time within 15 minutes.

This Walgreens is absolutely terrible. They have screwed up my prescriptions two (2) months in a row. They've been given accurate information when I called them regarding filling the prescriptions and they assured me that my prescriptions would be filled that day. Only to be told when arriving at the pharmacy to pickup my prescriptions that they could not be filled that day, stating the information that I had already given them. They wasted several days of my time that could have been avoided if I was given accurate information during my original call. I am really disappointed with people who cannot absorb and retain pertinent information given to them and then cause alot of additional work on my part to straighten out the situation. I would give this pharmacy zero stars if possible.

RUDENESS. Been using Creyts/Saginaw pharmacy for a couple years now. Most recently, there was an issue with my prescription insurance coverage. I've always had insurance, so I was shocked and as I started to ask questions, I was rudely cut off. I've never been treated rudely here before, but this young woman cut me off ("don't wanna hear it" style) and treated me like a deadbeat nuisance. I was taken aback and fell silent. She said I could pay out of pocket for it and once my insurance issue is resolved, they can resubmit and I'll get my money back. I did this. Yesterday I called and told them to recheck, the issue should be resolved. It's been 10 days. The young man I spoke with was also rude, also cut me off, and when I pointed that out, paraphrasing, this is how the convo went: "waited too long (no one warned me of a time limit!) and I'd have to wait TWELVE WEEKS for a response from 3rd party service, and no, there is no one I can call directly, and yeah, all right, I'll ask them to notify you, Ma'am, but they can choose not to, but this is your fault, you waited too long, and NO, there is no way to follow up, too bad, so sad, you deadbeat." So I gather from this experience that there are a lot of people who try to use insurance they don't have or whatever, and I'm sure that is aggravating...but slipping into treating people so rudely the minute there is an issue seems at best short-sighted. With so many options out here, I don't have to take this. That's the LAST prescription they'll EVER fill for me. Too bad, so sad...

Terrible experience at this Walgreens, the check out lady didn’t even say hi or look at us when we were ready to check out (she was too busy looking at her nails). She gave us attitude the whole time because we had a couple of coupons to scan. Even asked us to see the coupons before scanning our products. Overall bad time here and I’ll never come here again.

The cashier with medium length small braids was VERY unfriendly...I said Hi to her and she never responded. I thought maybe she didn't hear me, then when she started ringing up my clearance items she said , "you take em all" I said yes...then she asked were they side by side so they could ATLEAST take the clearance tags off. I didn't even know what to say at her rudeness.

Has everything I need in stock. Clean, bright, easy. Pharmacy is incredibly slow. Consistent inaccurate processing time at the pharmacy. If they say 1 hour, then they mean 3 hours.

RIDICULOUS! I have ordered many times online for photos with no issues, but at a different location that this one. Everything goes through, I get an email saying my order is ready for pick up and when i arrive to the store they have no such order, so i leave since apparently they can't even locate my order # and don't offer any help to remedy the issue. That was Friday. On the following Monday i get an automated call saying my order is ready for pick up, wtf. So i call the photo dept and spend a good 5+ minutes talking to them to AGAIN have them not even offer to remedy the issue. ( i would have loved them just to print them or offer a small discount for a problem that is clearly there error). I will not be ordering photos from ANY Walgreens in the future.
