We've been a business customer at this location for 7+ years and could not be much happier with this site. The only issue we've had would be the rent increases over the years but business is business. The local staff is helpful and friendly and seem to attend to all of their customers very well. The facilities are always in good/clean condition and we've not once had trouble accessing our units when needed. Great location near the major freeways and a pretty easy in/out layout. Highly recommend for your local storage needs.

Very happy with the price, location and service... having delt with a difficult lady working at my last storage facility the young man (Robert I think) was a breath if fresh air. He was professional and took the time to show me a couple units so that I was renting just what I need and not more. Thanks for the service!

The lady who worked there once in a while is great but the 2 guys who regularly work there are horrible people kicking people out left and right. I wouldn't have any issues and still allowed to keep renting there if I didn't go behind their backs and gone down to the cheaper unit to pay almost half of my monthly payment but I knew they were lying and rented the cheaper unit from the nice lady. But they kicked me out because I moved into the cheaper unit behind their backs.

I went into Compass Self Storage with my daughter to pay her bill, the customer service was horrible. The manager Robert Ciupka's professionalism, mannerisms and the fact he had a dry nasty attitude was just simply uncalled for. My daughter has been a faithful customer for some years now. Even though she is going through some hard times at this moment, she did not deserve his unprofeessional experience. The general manager Donnell Sanders just set right by Robert Ciupka's side and watched him in his nastiness and unprofessionalism. This company would have gotten an 0 if I could have rated such a score. To not put all of my daughters buisness out in public I wish that I could speak to someone from their Corporate Office !! What a sad experience Compass Self Storage 😔😠 To say the least without cursing. Not only the unprofeessional behavior, his uniform was nasty to go along with his attitude. What ever happened to good customer service ?

I was in need of a storage unit for a move, and the team at Compass went above and beyond to help me. They even replaced a latch within 10 minutes, because they didn’t want me to have any issues accessing my unit. They were very helpful in answering all my questions, and walking me through the process. Thank you guys!!!!

The only reason I was here was to help out a friend, but it seems like a good self storage and I'm not sure how their prices compared to the competition. I can't say their facility is clean and the staff that I interacted with with a very professional and polite. He would have to check it out for yourself and make your own judgment.

Been looking for a storage unit. Donnell the manager welcoming me nicely and with no rush showed me multiple sized units so I could make a final decision and we made a deal today. They have carts avail to help move your stuff and facility is clean.
