Leaving a review right when I left the store. Their hours go back to normal 7/29 so that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Keri was talking about how she should be a manager too but isn’t for some reason and was super bitter about it. Then while I was checking out, she yelled at her coworker to lock the door. She was rushing and refused to talk to me and grumbling how she was ready to leave and I wasn’t even the last one in line so I don’t know why I got her attitude. I barely come to this store because the workers are rude here but this was a convenience stop.

This is easily the worst Dollar Tree in the State of Michigan. They are consistently closed when the hours posted on the door indicate they should be open. There's only ever one cashier on duty fighting for their life at the register. The only Dollar Tree I've ever been to that is constantly low on stock.

I was shopping on spring break to get a magic towel for my Now Girlfriend and the guy at the register has a little attitude when I asked him how are you doing and he goes good I guess it’s like be more enthusiastic and welcome to your customers nobody wants to go to this store with and grumpy employee one more chance then I’m not going back.

I expect a business to Open at said time if its 9am see as your Open then. The Madison hgts store is going DOWN I am assuming due to poor Management I find the store messy, cluttered and miserable employees EXCEPT for Leslie she’s A lovely personable see that your satisfied employee..So Shape Up Dollar & a quarter Tree..

Love this dollar tree location! They have everything you need and more! Great arts and crafts, party gift supplies, and I love that you can buy 2 cards for a $1! Where else can you get a .50 card? Holiday decorations, kids toys, food items, toilet paper, paper towels cleaning supplies all for a buck! Love it!

My favorite Dollar Tree, staff is awesome, Stephenson Hwy. . Back near a year ago the one on 13 mile staff not so much, not wearing masks and told me they all had medical reasons . The sign out front stated wearing mask was required That why I decided not to ever go there again.

Store is clean, but very understaffed. One cashier with 20 people in line. Want to highlight the one employee Ann who was working as fast she could to check people out. She said the only other help was not helping and was on a personal call. Ann needs a raise and more staff to help.

I had a pleasant shopping experience here, until my items were being rung up. My wife went to go get an extra item as we were at the counter, so when the cashier (Laurie) gave me my total, I explained that I wasn't done with my items yet (wife had come back just as I started explaining). Laurie made an angered growl about our situation, and it made me feel like I was a burden or a bother. I won't be coming back a long as she's there. I hate feeling unwelcome anywhere.
